Analisis Pemberian Motivasi Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan Di Hotel
Oasis Benoa Bali

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan


signifikan pemberian motivasi terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan di Hotel Oasis,
mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan pemberian motivasi terhadap
prestasi kerja karyawan di Hotel Oasis dan mengetahui variabel yang berpengaruh
dominan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan di Hotel Oasis.
Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan
sampel penelitian berjumlah 35 responden karyawan Hotel Oasis.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi yang terdiri dari kompensasi,
pengarahan, penerapan pola, dan kebijakan memiliki pengaruh positif dan
signifikan secara parsial dan simultanterhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada Hotel
Oasis Bali, dan Kompensasi memiliki pengaruh dominan terhadap prestasi kerja
karyawan di Hotel Oasis Bali.

The goal of this research is to know the influence of a partial and


significant motivation to the achievement of employees working in the Oasis
Hotel, find out the influence of simultaneously and significantly to the
achievement motivation of employees working in the Oasis Hotel and know the
variables that affect achievement of the dominant employees working in the Oasis
Hotel.
Methods of research using double liner regression analysis with
the
research sample was 35 respondents hotel employees Oasis.
Research results showed that motivation consist of compensation,
guidance, patterns, and policy implementation have a positive and significant
partial and the simultaneous achievement of the employees working in the Oasis
Hotel Bali, and compensation has dominant influence on the performance of
employees working in the Oasis Hotel Bali.
