ENTER IN DETAILS THE NARRATIVE OF THE INCIDENT OR EVENT, ANSWERING THE WHO, WHAT, WHEN, WHERE, WHY AND
HOW OF THE REPORTING.

On or about 1:30 pm of June 01, 2016, Nardo R . Duterte, Filipino, of legal

age, single and a resident of La Paz, Zamboanga City. Reported the
following:
1. That I am the only

2. That on, or about 5:30 in the morning, my parents and I, according to

our daily routine, went to our farm at San Ramon, Zamboanga City. to
plant and harvest crops;
3. That we were to deliver our harvested crops to Sta. Cruz Public Market
or Bag sakan.
4. That on or about 11:00 A . M. while on our way to deliver our harvested
crops, I learned that I forgot my at home which I often do.
5. That I had to pass by our house to get my phone so I can inform our
buyers in Bagsakan of our intended delivery on said d ay. So I, with
my parents went home fi rst:
6. That upon reaching home at around 12:00 noon time, we knocked the
door and called for Vicky but there was no response, so we peered
through our front window and saw her lying naked on the kitchen fl oor,
unconscious.
7. That being alarmed by what we saw, we hurriedly opened the front
door and rushed to the kitchen and found her lying over the towel on
the fl oo r, her legs were slightly apart and with blood smears on her
thighs and towel, while her hands were above her head, strangely as if

in a deep sleep.
8. That my parents immediately wrapped her using the towel on the fl oo r,
as I tried to wake her up but it took a while before she Vicky opened
her eyes and gazed around her and she started to feel pain on her
part. We repeatedly asked her what happened, Vicky did not response
and appeared sleepy, helpless and unable to move. When our mother
asked what happened again, she just shed tears and in a shaky voice,
she kept mentioning the name Rodrigo Halili.
9. That I know of a certain Rodrigo as resident of our place, La Paz,
Zamboanga City. And as a childhood friend, Family friend and former
classmate.
10. That she looked drunk but her breath did not smell of alcohol, we
brought her to a glass of water which she tried to drink but her hand s
trembled and she could not drink the water properly.
11. That our mother helped her put on some clothes, and right after, we
brought her to Hospital where she was given immediate medical
attention by the attending physician, Dr.-------12. That in hospital, we explained that Vicky was never admitted nor
diagnosed of any disease in any hospital, when asked about her
medical history; that when inquired about her recent food and fl uid
intake, we narrated the incident and the fact that we saw a half-fi lled
glass of milk on the kitchen table and that we wondered, as Vicky
never used to drink milk.
13. That after our conversation with Dr.------ and after being informed of
the implications of my sister s medical observations, we concluded
that my sister Vicky was drugged and raped. The attending physician,
thus, recommended that Vicky undergo a Medico Legal Test, not in
Labuan hospital due to limited facilities but in Zamboanga City Medical
Center (ZCMC).
14. That because Vicky was still sleepy and weak, we allowed her to rest in
the hospital, while I, at around 12:30 pm, left her with our parents and
I went to Ayala Police Station to report the incident.
