AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Agreement is entered into, effective _______________ by and between:
Gil S. Nazareno, of legal age, and a resident of 531-K
P. del Rosario Ext., Cebu City, hereinafter referred to as
the INVESTOR;

hereinafter referred to as the INVESTEE.
-WITNESSETHThe INVESTOR has sufficient cash to lend to INVESTEE, and the latter has agreed to
the following terms and condition:
NOW THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows:
1.

INVESTOR shall extend to INVESTEE a cash amount as capital for investment in

Pesos: Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 250,000.00), receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged by the parties.

2.

Both parties agree to give 15% every month of the invested principal amount,
starting on the month following the effective date as indicated above, to the said
INVESTOR as a monthly share of profit of the cash given to INVESTEE.

3.

In case of failure to pay the monthly share of profit of the invested principal
amount, the INVESTEE shall be liable to pay an interest equivalent to the rate of
15% per month of the principal amount and other damages which the latter
maybe entitled under the law, in addition to the above interest.

4.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and
may only be modified, altered or amended only with the prior written consent of
the party of or parties against whom, such modification, alteration, or amendment
shall take effect.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement on the date and
