1. PeriodofContract:27thJune2016to31stDecember2016.
2. YoushallbeassignedaUniqueUserName&PasswordbyTCIL(or)M/s.AccurateAuctioneers,Delhi,Youare
advisedtochangethePasswordandedittheinformationintheRegistrationPageafterthereceiptofinitial
PasswordfromTCIL/M/s.AccurateAuctioneers,Delhitoensureconfidentiality.AllbidsmadefromtheLogin
IDgiventoyouwillbedeemedtohavebeenmadebyyourcompany.

3. Quotationtobesentfor:SupplyofHardwarementionedinattachedsheet.Rateswillremainconstant
forentiretenureofthecontract.Ratesmentionedshouldbeinclusivetransportation,insurance,octroi
etc.Allapplicabletaxestobementionedseparatelywhilequotingrates.
4. SubmissionofCompanyprofile,clientlistandlastauditedbalancesheetismandatoryforcontractor
intendingtoparticipateinbidding.
5. Billingshallbedoneonbimonthlybasis.
6. Theabovementionedapprox.billingisjustforareferencepurpose.Companywillneitherbehold
responsibleforachievingtheabovebillingnorwillitbetreatedasminimummonthlybilling.
7. Thevendorsarestrictlytosupplyasperthemodelandbrandnamegiveninattachedsheet.
8. Paymentwill50%advanceandbalanceonthesatisfactorydelivery.
9. Itisthesolediscretionofthecompany(TCI)todecideontheresultsofthebiddingprocess.Thecompanycan
decidewithoutgivinganyreasonwhatsoevertocancelthebidprocesspostsuccessforbiddingalso.Nouponor
liabilitieswillbeonthecompany.
10. PostauctionallL1,L2&L3vendorshouldprovidetheirquotesontheirletterhead.
11. TCIL shall be at liberty to cancel the reverse auction process / tender at any time, before ordering, without
assigninganyreason.

12. AttheendoftheReverseAuction,TCILwilldecideuponthewinner.TCILsdecisiononawardofContractshallbe
finalandbindingonalltheBidders.
13. YouwillbeabletoviewthefollowingonyourscreenalongwiththenecessaryfieldsintheEnglishReverse(no
ties){ReverseAuction}:
a. LeadingBidintheAuction(onlytotalprice)
b. BidPlacedbyyou
c. YourOwnRank
d. OpeningPrice&BidDecrementvalue.

14. Workrelated:FollowingservicelevelparametersrequiredtobefollowedbytheContractor.
DeliveryofthematerialwillbeatCompanyofficelocation.
Totalmaterialwillbedeliveredin4parts(bimonthly)
Paymentwillbemadein4partsasperthedeliveryschedule
Wewillprovidethedeliveryscheduleof6monthperiodalongwiththePO.
ThematerialitemssuppliedshallbeofthegivenBrand/qualityasmentionedinthelist.
Incaseofanydefects/qualitydeterioration,Contractorshalltakeimmediatestepstoreplacethe
products.SuchreplacementsshallbedonefreeofchargebytheContractori.e.allchargesfor
transport,insurance,tax,octroietc.willbefullybornebytheContractor.
Thequantity/qualityshouldbesupplyoftheproductsshallbeasperthedetailsindicatedbythe
Companyauthorizedperson.
ThedeliveryshallbeatourOfficeLocationasdecidedbytheAdmindepartmentbetween9.30AM
to6.00pm.ThetimingswillhavetobeadheredtoatalltimesoftheContractperiod.
Incaseofurgentrequirements/deliveriesContractorwillhavetodeploytheirrepresentativeat
shortnoticeanytimeintheday.
ContractorspersonshalltakesignatureofauthorizedAdminpersonandsecuritystampatthetime
ofdeliveryatCompanysofficelocationandwillkeepacopywhichwillbesubmittedalongwiththe
monthlyinvoice.
Contractorsshallsubmitinvoiceaftercompletionofmonthwithallrequiredsupportingi.e.signed
andstampeddeliverychallan.
Contractorshallensuretimelydelivery,failuretowhichwillattractpenaltyasagreedbetweenboth
theparties.
Contractorshallbeliableforallconsignmentstillacceptanceatourcompanyoffice.Incaseofany
loss/damagetoitemsduringtransit,Companyreservesrighttodoequivalentrecoveryfromthe
Contractor.
IncasetheContractorcommitsanybreachoflawapplicabletoit,italoneshallberesponsiblefor
thepenalconsequencesthatmayfollowasaresultofsuchcontravention.
