As Per the Instructions of the Chief Engineer-I TDWSP and upon the scrutiny of
the workdone Estimate pertaining the work cited in the above subject and reference
following are the anomalies observed.
Payments made to other departments
1 Executive Engineer, R&B N.H Warangal for Road cutting permission.
As per the Workdone Estimate a payment of Rs. 11,50000.00 ( Rs Eleven lakhs
fifty thousand) was made by SE RWS&S Warangal circle for permission of Road

cutting to The Executive Engineer, R&B N.H Warangal but the proof of payment
made and receipt of payments are not enclosed.
2 Executive Engineer, R&B Warangal for Road cutting permission.
As per the Workdone Estimate a payment of Rs. 211000.00 ( Rs Two Lakhs
Eleven Thousand) was made by SE RWS&S Warangal circle for permission of Road
cutting to the Executive Engineer, R&B Warangal but the proof of payment made
and receipt of payments are not enclosed.
3 Superintending Engineer, TRANSCO, Warangal for dedicated power supply.
As per the Workdone Estimate a payment of Rs. 2177967.00 ( Rs Twenty One
Lakhs Seventy seven Thousand nine sixty seven) has been made by SE RWS&S to
Superintending Engineer, TRANSCO, Warangal for dedicated power Supply line but
the proof of payment made and receipt of the payments are not enclosed
4 Provision for Surveying.
In the Workdone estimate a payment of Rs. 124556.00 ( Rs one lakh twenty
four thousand five fifty six) has been made towards the Surveying Charges but no
Proof of payments are enclosed.
5 Providing of Transmission Mains.
As per the Technical sanctioned estimate, the above sub-estimate was approved
for Rs11,40,00,000.00 now SE has submitted the same for Rs. 11,63,03,071.00 in
the work done estimate with increase in amount of 23,03,071.00 and the SE has
not submitted any remarks regarding the increased amount towards Transmission
mains. Further SE, RWS&S, Warangal has increased the PVC pipe line diameter
from 200mm dia PVC 6 Kg/cm2 to 315 mm dia PVC 6 Kg/cm2 without assigning
the reasons for the increasing diameter of the Transmission mains.
