fixthemwiththescrewbolt,thenadjustthemoveableplatetomakethesidefacedownwards.pumpthe
eccentricshaftwithbearingsandoilbafflediscintotheholeofmoveablewhole.payattentiontothe
directionoftheeccentricshaft.
Remarks:whilepumpingtheeccentricshaft,theeccentricshaftshouldbeinlinewiththecentreofthe
holeofthemoveablejaw.Keepthebearingcoverintherightplace.firstgiveitalightpressure,then
strikeandpressgraduallywhenthepressingamountiseven,Theprocedureisthesameaspressingthe
secondbearingafterthefirstoneispressed.thenpourinto50percentto70percentlubricatinggreasein
thebearing.afterwardsputonanothersidecover,papercushion,etc.fastenwithbolt,youneedtokeepa
0.20.4mmgapbetweenthebearingoutersurfaceandthesurfaceofthecover.
