2. THBT deleting IPA and IPS is the best solution

a) GOVERNMENT
I am Dilla Indah Tawakhalni I am from Muhammadiyah 1 vocational School of
Ajibarang as the first speaker from The Government Team. I believe that
deleting IPA and IPS is the best solution. Before, deleting is obviate, make
nothing, but we should know deleting IPA and IPS in this problem is integrate
this lessons into other subjects of lessons. So, IPA and IPS indirectly still
taught to students.
In essence , that was eliminated was the name of his studies , science and
social studies . But the substance of teaching science and social studies none
are eliminated.

Ministry of Education and Culture do it is not without reason.

First : Subjects that so many turned out to be not directly proportional to
the level of cognitive ( intelligence ) , affective (behavior ) , and psychomotor

the government team argument. Before, deleting is obviate, make nothing,
Making youth character development as the primary task of the school is a
mistake , especially if the consequence is to remove teaching science and

social studies . The unique role of the school as a social institution is to

develop students' ability to think scientifically and academically. No other
social institutions that could fulfill this function , and the elimination of IPA
and IPS actually injure the unique function .
But the solution of the problem is not removing science and social studies
curriculum . This shows the government's appreciation was lower against the
natural sciences and social , and it will worsen the students' skills in scientific
thinking . More sensible response is to start serious discussions on
streamlining the range of topics science and social studies , as well as how to
improve the ability of teachers to design and teach these lessons .
Ministry of Education seems to assume that science and social studies
teaching contrary to the character development of students. This misguided
not have happened if the natural and social sciences understood more
holistically. Scientific practices include noble qualities such as honesty,
humility, and courage. Scientists are expected to be honest in recording and
reporting the results - the credibility of science as a social institution depends
on this. Scientists also need humility when it turns out the predictions that

IPS thought must be given to school children because IPS is a science that
includes learning how to make social interaction. must be procured
knowledge to interact with students so that later can mingle in society.
IPS provides a place for students to learn and practice democracy.

IPS helps students gain a fundamental understanding of (fundamental

how many educational institutions in Indonesia ? So many. We must cultivate
and implement a sense of nationalism , patriotism , but why we are more

proud to go to school abroad ? indirectly we consider schools in Indonesia

were lower than those of existing schools abroad . As an Indonesian student
who has the spirit of patriotism , nationalism, we should be more love ,
appreciate what is in Indonesia . The government should ban students who
received scholarships abroad , Indonesia no shortage of educational
institutions . Indonesian state universities also have reliable . but why we are
still proud to go to school abroad ?
Nationalism is an absolute requirement for the life of a country , because
nationalism shaping people's awareness that the loyalty addressed to the
State .
Lots of good college and excel in Indonesia . We do not need to go abroad to
study. Indonesia could give birth to students who excel , achievement, and
quality . Who says the Indonesian people stupid ? It's just lazy habits still

Indonesia first UGM , UGM is the number one best universities in Indonesia .

Nasionalism do you think there should be a fully nationalism in Indonesia . it
is the sense of nationalism in the strict sense . While understanding
nationalism in the broad sense between countries in regard to tolerance ,
respect and the respect of other nations. patriotism is not a reason to restrict
anyone from learning where and when. Everyone is our teacher , and nature
is our school . Scholarships are awarded to students who excel government
to study abroad is that Indonesian students have a wider horizon , a more
memorable experience , skills , knowledge develops .
we do not live alone , so does the country . we are neighbors , in order to
realize the goal of National Bangsa Indonesia as stated in the Preamble of
the 1945 Constitution " Life Feeding the Nation and Joining Implementing
Order of the World" we need to know , educating the nation will not be
realized when we limit the scope of student learning . Acknowledging the

I am Dilla Indah Tawakhalni I am from Muhammadiyah 1 vocational School of

agree with the motion that Indonesian Government has failed to protect West
Papuans. as evidenced by the emergence of the Free Papua Movement ( OPM
), which until 2016 is not yet clear.
The movement is banned in Indonesia , and the trigger for the occurrence of
independence for the province that resulted in charges of treason. we know
the range of policies to support economic growth in Indonesia suggestive
dispossession and Indonesia's natural resources by big business . This
process lead to further marginalization of indigenous peoples and local
communities in Indonesia.
MP3EI economic master plan , which was launched last year the central
government to support projects on a large scale private and public sector are
almost ignored the issues of human rights ( Human Rights), the environment
or the impact on the climate. The big plan includes major energy projects ,
infrastructure , industry and agribusiness in Indonesia . MP3EI for local

as experienced in the days of the Suharto regime . This is because since the

rights of indigenous peoples or in the reform of the law relating to land and

conflicts over land intensified due to fight for the defense of the community
and their livelihood from the clutches of developers palm plantations, mining
and logging and agri- business developer . Some of them received financial
support from the British financiers . Archipelago Resources, for example , is a
British company that is in conflict with communities in terms of their
operating gold mine in North Sulawesi.
Meanwhile destructive development in Indonesia continue to be supported
by the policies of the British government and the European Union which
created the need for biofuels including palm oil from Indonesia.

not sustainable in Indonesia, such as BHP Billiton and Bumi plc involved in

The Free Papua Movement was a separatist movement which threatens the
sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of Indonesia . They do a
very extreme ways in breaking the Province of Papua and Papua Barat out of

Papua National Liberation Army . The formation of the military wing is clearly
a threat to the security of the country . Their existence raises a conflict with
the Indonesian military until the gunfire and the incidence of fatalities. In

The most important first step is awareness of the people about the
