MODELS FOR HYPERLOOP PASSENGER PODS Conventional modes of transportation consists of rail , road , water and air. These either tends to be relatively slow (road and water),expensive, or a combination of both ( air ).Hyperloop is a new mode of transportation technology which tends to be both inexpensive and fast for people as well as goods. Hyperloop consists of a low pressure tube with capsules transported at low and high speeds throughout the length of the tube .The capsules are supported by air bearing and accelerated via magnetic linear accelerators at various stations .Simulation studies have shown that it is indeed feasible and research work is going on to prove its full capability as a practical concept. This seminar concentrates on the feasibility of HYPERLOOP concept through analysis of major subsystems which demonstrates the basic viability of the system and the significant key couplings which limit the degree of freedom of the system through simulation studies.
