Distributors believe that the quality of ACI fertilizer products is better compare to
other competitors. Especially, Monozink, Sulfox, Zipsar, are very popular product
and it makes brand value for quality. Another product name Bumper Amunium
makes success in market. However, the profit margin of ACIs Fertilizer is less than
others. Especially they focus Shakti shar belongs low profit margin.
Suggestion:
* They suggested that company have to organize seminar base on different season.
* Company should provide some free items for advertising purpose. For Example,
Company can provide T-shirt, Plate, Glass (all those products covered with company
or products logo)
* Company should increase filed force activities in this particular business sector.
Field force should provide information the usefulness of products to the retailer and
customers in field level.
Seeds
The business expansion of ACI seeds is so appreciable to the distributors. Now a
days ACI capture large market share and it grown up day by day as their opinion.
There are some difficulties face distributors to doing business with ACI, those are:

The most frequent complain of distributors is that one distributor sales their
product to another distributors area. (QF0137,
Delay in product replacement. Vegetable seeds are required long time for
replacement. On the other hand, seeds of field crops are not changed.
Distributors complain that some time company could not provide seeds in

The color of red amaranth Lalmiya is not satisfactory.
Bottle gourd (F1) Moyna is not match with feature of its packet.
Sponge Gourd (F1) Suchana is not match with feature of its packet.
Bitter Gourd Papya is not match with feature of its packet.

Recommendation:
1. Regular conducted more dealer summit effectively.
2. Increase field force visit. MO has to introduce and provide information about
the usefulness of product at small retail shop in local market area.
CCPH
Distributions are annoyed for continuous changing marketing offer in Kaliyakour
Gazipur.For this reason distribution cannot withdraw credit from the market. One of
the distributors claims that other distributor of CCPH sales particular product
directly or confidentially in his market area. More or less all distributors mention
that the damaged products not released by company. Some of them also mention
delivery time schedule not be mention properly. Market has affected some under
price problem. For Example Protect 10gmMRP 22 taka, but customer can buy this
product within 18 to 20 taka. The frequency of distributor point is the prime cause

The sales force activities are not satisfactory in Munshigong. Sales force not regular
communicates with distributor.
Distributors of Munshigong and Narayangonj claim that, the field force of CCPH
personally buy products by using cash customers coed. And sale thus products to
other retail customers that are why the distributors are affected.
