Group project. (report & Presentation) - 15%

Students will be assigned to a group of FOUR (4) members. You are required to
prepare a report on the topic related to Corporate Governance.

FORMAT:

The report must be:

typed-written using Word
font size 12
times new roman
1.5 line spacing.
Use APA format for references
The report must consist of table of content, introduction, content,
conclusion and recommendation (if any).

The length of the report should not exceed 20 pages on an A4sized paper.

All tables and figures (if you have any) must be numbered
consecutively.

The report should be written in English

Group assignment - Case study 10%.

Individual Assignment (5%)

Assignments will be given from time to time according to the chapters.

Mid Semester Exam 20%

Date: 25/04/2014 (Friday): 9.00am
The exam shall cover five chapters (1- 5). Make-up test will not be entertained.

Quizzes 10%
There will be 3 quizzes administered during lecture hours, where each quiz
constitutes 3% - 4%. Make-up quiz will not be entertained.

6.

Final Exam 40%

The final exam shall cover all chapters. The exam consists of structured questions
and students are required to answer ALL questions.
