QA / QC MANAGER / ENGINEER

To control and verify for finished and under process products as per ITP and
Quality plan.
To prepare ITP as per international standards and clients agreements and
contracts
To control and conduct testing and inspection for finished and under process
products - dimensional, test witness or final quality analysis as per approved
drawings and clients require specifications.
To control and conduct third party inspection visits with documentation.
Destructive and Non Destructive testing such as TENSILE, CHARPY, IZODE,
BEND etc for included in destructives. RADIOGRAPHY TEST, ULTRASONIC
TEST, MAGNETIC PARTICALE TEST, LIQUID PENETRANT TEST.
Conduct welding procedures and welder qualifications for process SMAW,
GMAW / CO2, MIG, and TIG .
Third party inspections with all welding specifications data sheets and
WPQ/WPQR for 3G and 6G welders.
Carry out inspections on above projects equipments in presence of third party
inspection agencies like as EIL, LLOYDS,BVIS,DNV,INSPECTORATE,H&G
etc.
