PANGAEA ABROAD
We are an international team of educators who share a passion for educating youth
by helping them develop a curiosity for the world and the global competency
necessary to navigate it.
We are polyglots, problem solvers, innovators, cultural mediators, innovators,
influencers, world travelers and we see this world as a Panagea-borderless and as
easily navigable as our own backyard.

Increasing globalization requires

more collaboration between people
from completely different cultures
and backgrounds.

Many young students today lack global

competence and are not provided with the skills
required to navigate effectively in a globalized
society
CONSEQUENCES
I. Individual Level: lack of competitiveness in the job
market
II. Company Level: inefficiencies in cross-cultural
interactions and forgoing opportunities to expand
globally
III. National Level: decrease in global competitiveness

OUR SOLUTION
Pangaea Abroad designs programs using a unique formula that helps youth develop Global
Competence through the combination of Travel, Social Entrepreneurship and Service Learning.
