PURPOSE

Key Activities
To handle and managed the implementation status in accordance on the
given projects target schedule of accomplishments of the clients. Quality and

safety assurance should always have implemented in the field to avoid

accidents
that caused delays of the project. Daily monitoring and supervising on site to
know the situation and make immediate solution to meet the deadline
target.
Supervised and monitored OFC laying work done by the contractors, upon
installation, duct integrity testing (DIT), splicing, termination, labeling of
fiber optic cables and testing of OTDR and POWER Meter Test Result
base on the standard requirement.

Conduct inspection on site for OSP (Outside Plant) work, excavation,

trenching, installation of fiber optic cables, backfilling and manholes
according to standard Requirements.

Project Execution

Participate in site Coordination, Staking and Construction meetings as

required.

Implementation of Quality work based on the approved

construction

drawings and Standards including project. documentation.

Responsible in conducting & preparing inspection report including

observation & recommendation.

To ensure, Engineering Standard requirements has been followed and

implemented during construction.

REQUIREMENTS

Education

Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering

More than 10 years experienced in Telecommunication, Engineering

Design and OSP Works.

Planning and design of detailed primary cable plan and detailed conduit
plan for the local outside plant network.

Conduct fundamental plan of primary cables, manholes and conduits

based on the demand forecast for a given exchange area.

Undertook the engineering survey and study planning and design for the
cable and conduit network using fiber optic primary cable

Detailed design of primary, secondary and fiber optic cables.

Detailed design of Fiber Optic Cable from aerial to Building facility by

structured cabling for CEF (Cable Entrance Facilities) inside the building

Experience

premises and BTS.

Coordinates with the government offices and private entities to acquire the
necessary right of way permits needed to implement the detailed plans.

Detailed design of MDF (main distribution frame) and cable vault lay out.

Bill of Quantity (BOQ) and Pricing of the Project.

Manage and control day to day activities related to client approval, permit
acquisition, logistics, priorities, documentation, and other matters that requires
urgent attention and consideration.

Computer literate in software operations such as, Google earth, MS Excel,

Knowledge and Skills MS Word, MS power point.
