around you
PROCESS

What am I saying???
What thoughts come to my
mind?
What pictures do I see?
What do I want? (Non-violent
communication)

What am I emotions am I
feeling?
Feel the emotion.
What sensations am I sensing?
Where are they located in my
body?
If this sensation had words
what would the words be?
If you could say something what

Inner Awareness Experiment

Inside become silent. Silent is without words. Touch something external to yourself. For
example, the cloth of your clothes. Notice the sensations in your body, in your fingers, your
hands as you touch. Allow the sensations to travel where they will. Move to a different part of
your clothes. Notice any different sensations. You can know without words.
Now staying silent, touch a part of your body. For example, touch both sides o f your head at
the same time. Be aware of the sensations in your head. Go to anther part of your body. Again
touch both side(left/right) of you or the front and the back at the same time. What is your
experience?
