Strike and insert the following:
All members of each of the various convention committees shall be provided the most
current listing of their fellow committee members, with complete contact information no
later than twenty-five (25) days prior to the national convention. In the event that this
Rule is not complied with, then the members of each of the various convention
committees shall elect their chairman from among their members in place of the
chairman otherwise appointed under Rule 41(a).
