CI Mid-Term Ron Zachariah
Alex demonstrates good interpersonal skills, polite and cordial with patients, poses a keen eye
for proper observation of posture, and subsequent musculoskeletal compensations and is able
to provide cues to correct them. He is able to work with 15% to 20% at a max level. He has
demonstrated improvement with asking open ended questions, is willing to learn and be more
engaged with manual therapy and is working on sequencing of tests and measures and time
management during an evaluation. He demonstrates adequate knowledge of musculoskeletal
conditions consistent with the level of exposure to them in his syllabi. He demonstrates good
clinical reasoning skills, is able to determine the current functional level of LE musculoskeletal
conditions that he has had an opportunity to Rx and progress patients with appropriate
exercises. He is actively involved with the upkeep of the patient treatment areas, is eager to
learn and is polite and teachable.
CI Final Ron Zachariah
Alex continues to demonstrate good interpersonal skills, is a good listener, can be relied upon
with patient care with regarding to safety and administering care. He is able to work with 50%
of the writers case load with few cues intermittently. He is quick to respond to the CI
suggestions. He has efficiently delivered interventions consistent with his level of exposure and
training. His patients are fond of him, and love to work with him and have appreciated their
recovery as a result of the services rendered by him. He demonstrates good clinical reasoning
and is a thinker . He demonstrated integrity during his clinical rotation. He is a keen observer
and has good tactile sense. He was confident and composed while his in-service presentation,
handling questions professionally. He understands his strength's and limitations in terms of skill
and knowledge content and is not hesitant to work to improve them. It has been a pleasure to
work with Alex during his clinical rotation time. He has had good interpersonal relationship with
colleagues and has always been mindful of the department upkeep and others during his
internship.
