Conclusion

On the whole, this internship was a useful experience. The period of internship
gained new knowledge, skills and met many new people. Achieved several learning
goals, however for some the conditions did not permit.
Got insight into professional practice, learned the different facets of working of the
various department and the functions of Human Resource Department .
Experienced that Human Resource Department , as in many organizations, is an
important factor for the proper functioning of the organization.
Related to the study learnt more about the Human Resource Department and its
various goals and action towards the organization.
Also learnt more about the Human Resource Department functions like the process
of recruiting suitable candidates for the organization, Identifying and meeting the
training needs of existing staff, Ensuring employee welfare and employee relations
are positive, Ensure the working environment is safe for employees, raising
awareness of current workplace legislation
There is still a lot to discover and to improve.
Furthermore got experienced that it is of importance that the working environment
awareness of current workplace.
The internship was also good to find out what are the personal strengths and
weaknesses are. This helped to define what skills and knowledge one have to
improve in the coming time. It would be better that the knowledge level of the
language is sufficient to contribute fully to projects. It would also be better if I can
present and
express myself more confidently.
At last this internship has given me new insights and motivation.
