Project title: Relocation of Safety department TV

Steps:
1. Installation of working platform ( H-frame)
2. Install ceiling type tilt bracket platform using Electric drill
3. Uninstall flatscreen TV and transfer from training room to
lobby
4. Attach flatscreen TV to the bracket and connect auxiliaries
provide moldings if necessary for power supply and other
wires.
5. Testing and commissioning
Hazards:
1. Cuts due to sharp edges
2. Falling particles
3. Slip/trip/ slide from H-frame
4. When attaching TV, bracket collapse
5. Dusty
Control:
1. Wear proper PPE such as ( gloves, mask, goggles, face shield,
hard hat)
2. Wear PPE
3. H-frame must have proper railings for support
4. Test first for durability prior to attach tv
5. Wear proper PPE
