The Senior Development Project Leader ensures delivery of technically complex re
porting solutions targeted at various business units. The Senior Development Pro

Integrate info into concise action items write software requirements, user stori
es, user cases etc.
Gather and present Agile Metrics for review and corrective action
Maintain sprint burn-down charts, and project level reporting including team vel
ocity/productivity.
Track sprints and releases against delivery metrics and prepare status reports a
nd internal/external communication as required
Manage scope and control scope creep during development sprints
Identify opportunities to design/deploy Agile/Hybrid processes, offering construc
tive suggestions for change
Liaise between the client(s) and the project team to ensure user stories/accepta
nce criteria is clearly defined, understood and implemented successfully
Work with Business/Product Owner and the project team to develop and manage a pr
oject backlog
Build team passion for delivering value to customers through Agile project deliv
ery
Provide proper transfer of knowledge to project team
Identify and remove obstacles which prevent the team from achieving their shared
goal
Build cross-functional high performance teams
Coach the team and provide continuous feedback
Resolve team issues and impediments in the process
