Research clearly indicates that the number of positive relationships in a person’s life determines safety. The more
positive relationships, the safer an individual is. The fewer relationships, the more vulnerable the individual is.
Reach Out Project’s main purpose is relationship building.
Research continues to highlight that “one positive personal connection can be a catalyst for
youth‐at‐risk to reach out for support and initiate change.” Project Reach out is that catalyst.
