FAMILY COURT INVENTORY

The Supreme Court of the Republic of the Philippines together with The Asia Foundation (Foundation) is
implementing the Family Court Inventory under the Child Protection Project. Funded by the United Nations
Childrens Fund (UNICEF) and the Australian Embassy Department of Foreign Affairs, the inventory of criminal
cases in Family Courts will identify justice journey barriers as well as profile cases involving child victims,
children in conflict with the law, and child witnesses. Data from the Inventory will be submitted to the
Supreme Court to support efforts to reform the justice system.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Function:

assist in the inventory of the criminal case files in the assigned family court

Main Duties:
extract and encode information from criminal case files in assigned family courts;
transmit or upload the collected inventory data to the Foundation at the end of each work day;
prepare and attach the one-page case update to the corresponding criminal case file;
inspect the physical layout and facilities of the family court.
Qualifications:

law student; has successfully completed a course on Criminal Procedure

Engagement: 2-3 weeks, with daily allowance to cover food and transportation expenses
