To the Honorable United States District Judge
Now come the People through the Investigative

Administrators on behalf of Terry George Trussell, and
do state as follows:
On or about April 2014 Terry George Trussell was chosen

as the Foreman for the Statutory Grand Jury in and for
Dixie County, Florida
On or about August 2014
(exact date unknown to me)
Terry George Trussell, as Foreman of the Statutory

Grand Jury convened the before mentioned Grand Jury.
The 3rd Circuit Prosecutor took complete control of
that Grand Jury telling the Foreman to go sit at a
table, all in direct violation of the 5th Amendment,
U.S. v. Williams, Statutes and the Grand Jury Handbook.

Subsequently, the Foreman wrote a 7 page complaint to

the convening Judge. The Judge ignored the complaint,
thereby leaving Terry George Trussell as Foreman,
(to
his knowledge) no alternative other than to file in the

record for memorialization the 7 page document.
The Dixie County Court Clerk then forwarded the file to

the Criminal 3rd Circuit prosecutor. The Criminal 3rd
Circuit prosecutor then recused himself and reported
the issue to the Florida Governor who chose along with
the Florida Supreme Court, Chief Judge Labarga
appointed a new Judge Hankinson and Prosecutor Meggs
both from the 2nd Circuit in Leon County who began the
unlawful process.
On June 6th, 2016 Terry George Trussell was unlawfully

tried in the Dixie County 3rd Circuit Court, with Judge
James C. Hankinson from the 2nd Judicial Circuit,
presiding.

Terry George Trussell was denied Due Process of Law

by the following reasons:
1. Arrested without a Lawful Warrant.

2. Arrested without a Good and Lawful Warrant.
3. Judge James C. Hankinson signed an unsigned
affidavit and subsequently stated on the same
document that the Affidavit was defective and unless
corrected within 72 hours that Terry George Trussell
was to be released from incarceration, thereby
showing that Terry George Trussell was already
arrested without Affidavit or Lawful Warrant.
4. Foreman Terry George Trussell was charged with 10
Felonies for reporting crimes being committed by the

3rd Circuit Prosecutor.
5. First Appearance without competent counsel.
6. Arraigned, Arrested and re incarcerated for failure
to appear on a capias order to the sheriff, while
standing in the Court Room speaking to the Judge
James C. Hankinson.

7. 29 of 30 Motions "denied" by Judge James C.

Hankinson.
8. Using a Perverted, unlawfully Stacked Jury by using
perspective jurors who are related to witnesses or
work for the 3rd Circuit Prosecutor.
9. Exculpatory Evidence purposely withheld from being
brought before the unlawful Trial Jury.
10. Terry George Trussell was intreated and subjected
to an unlawful trial then convicted through that
unlawful process and subsequently jailed.
11. The jury was manipulated and falsely chosen by
using jurors who are directly related to the
perpetrators and conspirators. The Secretary for the
3rd Circuit Prosecutor was also related and works
for the Prosecutor.
Wherefore "We the people move this Court to sign the

Order hereto attached or write Your Honors own order
releasing Terry George Trussell from Incarceration.

THE GRAND JURY CHARGES
At all times relevant and material to this Presentment:

Introduction
1. The United States Department of Education ( US DOE) is the agency of the United
States responsible for whatever the Federal Government does in the field of education
2. On or about Dec 2009, the US DOE initiated a process of soliciting grants from states
and local education boards to apply for funds for a program labeled Race To The Top
(RTTP).
3. Dixie County applied for and later received approximately $522,000 in fiscal 2009 in
order to implement Common Core State Standards, with content directly against the U.S.
Constitution and against the will of We, the People in Florida.
The Defendants
1. The defendants include, but are not limited to:

National Education Association
American Federation of Teachers
Microsoft Corporation

And other people, corporations, foundations, and entities to be identified later
The Conspiracy
From 2008, the defendants did knowingly, willfully, and unlawfully combine, conspire,
confederate, and agree with others both known and unknown to the Grand Jury, to commit
offenses against the People of Florida, committing, among others, the following CRIMES:
1. Bribery- the offering, giving, receiving, or soliciting anything of value to influence
action as official or in discharge of legal or public duty.
2. Usurpation- the unlawful assumption of the use of property which belongs to another; an
interruption or the disturbing a man in his right and possession. The unlawful seizure or
assumption of sovereign power
3. Breach of Oaths ofOffice(including but not limited to US Constitution, Florida
Constitution and Florida Statutes)
4. Perjury- the willful assertion as to a matter of fact, opinion, belief, or knowledge, made
by a witness, in a judicial proceeding as a part of his evidence, either upon oath or in any
form allowed by law to be substituted for an oath, whether such evidence is given in open
court, or in an Affidavit, to otherwise, such issue being material to the issue or point of
inquiry and known to such witness to be false
5. Insurrection( including but not limited to Federal laws U.S.C. Crimes Code Title 18 plus
Florida Statute 876.01, .02, .03, .05, .1 0, .22-.38,)
6. Breach of Florida Statutes Title XLVI , CHAPTER 876.22- 876.33
7. Breach of Fiduciary Duty ( signed CCSS contract before curriculum was available)
8. Oppression- the misdemeanor committed by a public officer, who under the color of his
office, wrongfully inflicts upon any person any bodily harm, imprisonment, or other
IDJury.
9. Deprivation of Rights- A taking away; confiscation; as the deprivation of a
constitutional right
10. RICO
11. Fraud- An intentional perversion of the truth for the purpose of inducing another in
reliance upon it to part with some valuable thing belonging to him or to surrender a legal
right;
12. Mail Fraud
13. Conspiracy- A combination or confederacy between two or more persons formed for the
purpose of committing, by their joint efforts, some unlawful or criminal act, or some act
which is innocent in itself, but becomes unlawful when done by the concerted action of
the conspirators, or for the purpose of using criminal or unlawful means to the
commission of an act not in itself unlawful.
14. Misfeasance- a misdeed or trespass. The improper performance of some act which a man
may lawfully do.
15. Malfeasance- evil doing; ill conduct; the commission of some act which is positively
unlawful
16. Nonfeasance- nonperformance of some act which ought to be performed, omission to
performance required duty at all, or total neglect of duty.
17. Acting under the color of law- the appearance or semblance without the substance, of
legal right
18. Extortion of taxpayer- unlawful obtaining of money from another
19. Child Abuse
20. and possibly others

It was the purpose and object of the conspiracy that the defendants and the coconspirators would
and did, by mutual agreement, disburse funds unlawfully in order to cause a new curriculum and
new testing standards to be installed for their own, and others profit. Under the banner of
Sustainability, the key objectives of the conspiracy include but are not limited to:
1. 'Human Capital' will be trained to work
2. Individualism to be replaced with collectivism
3. The purpose of education is behavior modification by using value driven curriculum in
place of fact based curriculum
4. Replace God with Government
5. Replace family with school
6. Replace the US with the UN by removing key parts of our history, our Founders lives
stories, and our Founding documents including our Declaration of Independence and our
Constitution.
Additionally, plans include to use sensors to monitor children's facial expressions, posture,
galvanic skin sensors, and implanted digital identifiers.
One source of this conspiracy is UNESCO, the UN organization that addresses education. Under
Governor Rick Scott, a contract was recently signed on behalf of Florida for testing services with
American Institute of Research (AIR). Bill Schneider, a key principal of American Institute of
Research also Chairs UNESCO operation on Sustainability.
Among the manner and means whereby the defendants and the coconspirators carried out the
objects were the following:
