-Talk about how tough Zimbabwe has it

Economy is bad
10x12 homes for whole families
Not uncommon to see them farming in their front or back
yards to then walk to the side of the main road to attempt to
sell food.
Bathrooms were nothing like I have ever seen

The old gentleman in the video is why I am in front of you now.

Zimbabwe is not our portion. Explain
We have so many choices because of the opportunities

2 questions we all need to consider during our time above the
ground.
1. Who is Christ to you? When you consider scripture like.
John 3:16
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only
Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have
eternal life.
Romans 10:9-10
9 If you declare(A) with your mouth, Jesus is Lord,(B) and
believe(C) in your heart that God raised him from the dead,
(D) you will be saved.(E) 10 For it is with your heart that you
believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you
profess your faith and are saved.

2 Corinthians 9:8
And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things
at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in
every good work.
John 10:10
10 The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I came that they (A)may
have life, and [a]have it abundantly.
Jer 29:12
For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord,
plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you
hope and a future. Then you will call on me and come and
pray to me, and I will listen to you.

When considering these scriptures, what is Christs true

importance in your life?
Consider all the areas of your life and where does he fit?
Do you have the hope and faith that Christ died for you to
have?
o Home, work, social circles, church,

Important: He died for more than just the restoration of my soul

our relationship to the father.

2. How are you living the purpose in which he created you for?
a. This question truly defines what you believe
b. Our Zim family are pressed to behave in what to
believe because of no other choice
c. The U.S. not always the case because we have choice
not to.

The first questions talks about the value, significance, the

recognition you have for something. In this case the value,
significance, the recognition you have for Christ.
The second is the display or the action you are taking relative to
what you value.
Because we have so many choices to move in a direction, we
have that much more opportunity to step out in faith
My brothers testimony

1 Thessalonians 1:3
We remember before our God and Father your work produced by
faith, your labor prompted by love, and your endurance inspired
by hope in our Lord Jesus Christ.
James 2:21-23
21

Was not our father Abraham considered righteous for what he did when he
offered his son Isaac on the altar?(A) 22 You see that his faith and his actions were
working together,(B) and his faith was made complete by what he did.(C) 23 And the
scripture was fulfilled that says, Abraham believed God, and it was credited to
him as righteousness,[a](D) and he was called Gods friend.(E)
James 2:18
But someone may well say, You have faith and I have works; show me your faith
without the works, and I will show you my faith by my works.

Important to Understand: Our growth in our faith has to be coupled with an

experience.

Luke 1:37
For with God nothing will be impossible.

Jer 29:12
For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and
not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call on me and
come and pray to me, and I will listen to you.

Ephesians 3:1
For this reason I, Paul, the prisoner of Christ Jesus for the sake of you Gentiles if
indeed you have heard of the stewardship of Gods grace which was given to me for
you; that by revelation there was made known to me the mystery, as I wrote before
in brief. By referring to this, when you read you can understand my insight into the
mystery of Christ, which in other generations was not made known to the sons of
men, as it has now been revealed to His holy apostles and prophets in the Spirit; to
be specific, that the Gentiles are fellow heirs and fellow members of the body, and
fellow partakers of the promise in Christ Jesus through the gospel, of which I was
made a minister, according to the gift of Gods grace which was given to me
according to the working of His power. To me, the very least of all saints, this grace
was given, to preach to the Gentiles the unfathomable riches of Christ, and to bring
to light what is the administration of the mystery which for ages has been hidden in
God who created all things; so that the manifold wisdom of God might now be made
known through the church to the rulers and the authorities in the heavenly places.
This was in accordance with the eternal purpose which He carried out in Christ Jesus
our Lord, in whom we have boldness and confident access through faith in Him.
Therefore, I ask you not to lose heart at my tribulations on your behalf, for they are
your glory.

For this reason I bow my knees before the Father, from whom every family in
heaven and on earth derives its name, that He would grant you, according to the
riches of His glory, to be strengthened with power through His Spirit in the inner
man, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; and that you, being
rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is
the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ which
surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled up to all the fullness of God.
Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly beyond all that we ask or think,
according to the power that works within us,to Him be the glory in the church and in
Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever.
