RAW PRODUCTION

In this process, first the shearing machine operators takes the sheets
required according to the work ordered issued by the planning department. The
machine operator enters the program for further operations as per the schedule.
In this process if the operator found any damage of goods or repair of machinery
he informs to the shift supervisor and supervisors issues the maintenance note
for the department and inform the quality control department for quality check.
After quality checking the materials pass to the next stage.
The next stage of raw production is punching or flanging. In this process,
as per the work order. The necessary punching and bending has to be done by
the machine operators. If the machine operator finds any repairs of the
machinery, he will informs to the shift supervisors and the shift supervisors issues
the maintenance note. After the quality check in this stage the materials passes
to the next stage.
The next process of raw production is welding. In this process necessary
welding has done as per the work order issued by the planning department. After
the quality check, the semi finished goods pass to the next stage of production
process.
Degreasing and painting
Degreasing and painting process has two different lines.
Line1
Line1 is a manual powder coating, which has to pass through 5 stages of
degreasing process.
Pretreatment stage 1 (Degreasing 1)
In this stage raw water is heated up to 40c-50c and 5% of chemical protobond
40/87 is added to the raw water.
Pretreatment stage 2 (Degreasing 2)
In this stage the raw water is maintained at an ambient temperature.
Pretreatment stage 3 (Water rinse)
In this stage the dematerialized water is maintained at an Room temperature.

Pretreatment stage 4 (DM water rinse)


This is the 4th stage of degreasing process line 1 this process the fresh DM
water is maintained at a room temperature.
Pretreatment stage 5 (Fresh DM water rinse)
This is the last stage of degreasing process. In this process the DM water
is maintained at a room temperature
Pretreatment dryer
After the 5 stages of degreasing process the semi finished goods has to pass
through the pretreatment dryer.
Manual powder coating
After the pretreatment drying the manual powder coating is done by the
workmen. After powder coating is done by the workmen.
After powder coating the semi finished goods has to pass through an Owen
which has heated up to 2050c.
Line2
Line2 is a process which consists of 6 stages and has to pass through EC
DIP coating and an automatic powder coating, where the specially ordered colors
will be painted in this process.
Pre treatment stage1 (Degreasing Bath)
In this stage the raw water is heated up to 50-60 0c and the chemical
Ridoline 1352 is added 20gms/ltr.
Pre treatment stage2 (Water rinse)
In this stage the DM water is maintained at a room temp.

Pre treatment stage3 (Water rinse 2)


In this stage the DM water is maintained at a room temp.
Pre treatment stage4 (Nano ceramic coating bath)
In this stage chemical Bonderite NT 1 is added to raw water 30gms/ltr.
Pre treatment stage 5 (DM Water rinse)
In this stage the DM water is maintained at a room temp

Pre treatment stage 6 (Fresh DM Water rinse)


In this stage the fresh DM water is maintained at a room temp.
After the 6 stages of degreasing process the semi finished goods has to
pass through the Owen.
EC DIP coating
In this process the has painted by a standard color (code 7035), where
the tank is 3mtr depth.
After dip coating the materials has to go for manual powder coating if the
customer is specially ordered, after manual powder coating the material has to
pass through the Owen where the temp is 2050c.
ASSEMBLING
Two lines of assembling one is standard assembly and special assembly.
Standard assembly
After the quality approved by the quality checking department in painting
stage, the gasketing process takes place for side covers, Top cover and for
doors Gasketing prevents dust, water etc.
In the assembly process internal logistics plays an important role, they have to
arrange the parts, spares required for assembly as per the work order.
After Gasketing, the lock cover, handles or door stiffener has fixed to the
doors.
For frames 130 hinge is fixed top cover high bolt and the bottom cover is
assembled.
Later glant plate front door and rare panel are assembled.
Finally the side panel is assembled . After the quality check by the Quality
check department the material has sent to packing
Special assembly
In case of special assembly, the spares are assembled as per the customer
requirements..
