1. All electrical works herein shall be done in accordance w/ the standards and
provisions of the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC).
2. All electrical works herein shall be in direct supervision of a duty licensed
electrical engineer or registered master electrician.
3. The minimum size of wire for lighting loads shall be 2.0mm2 THW Copper
Wire and 3.5mm2 THWN Copper Wire for small appliance loads.
4. All circuit homerun shall be used herein shall be PVC conduit pipes and RMC
for service entrance.
5. All motor loads shall be in separate branch circuit.
6. All lighting fixtures shall be in a semi-indirect lighting system except pin
lights.
7. All pin lights to be used shall be of LED-Type Bulb, 5W, 220V, FIREFLY.
8. All pin lights shall use a smoke glass cover as a diffuser.
9. The wiring method will be conduit wiring in PVC for all circuit homeruns and
conduit wiring in RMC for the service entrance.
10. The minimum size of wire for the main feeder and neutral conductor shall be
22.0mm2 THWN Copper Wire and 14.0mm2 THWN Copper Wire,
respectively.
