(Same)#1 L/M breaker on the 600 volt panel will only stay in the tripped
position. It wont even move into the open position. The breaker needs to be
replaced. We didnt have a spare. I borrowed a 300 amp replacement from
the Vantage, ours is 350 amp so I was going to hold off on replacing it until
absolutely necessary if we couldnt get a replacement . It is in the bottom
shelf in the Engineers day room head.

Sewage system overflowed/leaked once, which was one too many times. I
have secured the sewage to it and removed power from the aeration pumps
and effluent pump. We are going straight into the holding tank now. We can
now discharge to the dock! Pump out schedule is on the white board in our
room. Be sure to check all of the hoses before inspecting. I had no problems,
but wouldnt be surprised if they developed a leak between now and then. ***
Most importantly, I only had the discharge valve near the pump, cracked a
few turns, no more then 6. The PVC piping on the ground is questionable.

01 level air handler unit: the squirrel cage blower motor bearing failed. It
began making a racket, upon further inspection, the unit was found to be
destroyed. Really nothing left of the bearing. As of now the blower motor is
out, awaiting AL to get us a new bearing, I brought it to his attention first
thing Monday morning. We removed the old bearings and he cleaned the
shaft. The assembly is in his workshop. I have some pictures on my phone of
the original installation I will text to ya.

*** FUEL RETURN VALVE CLOSED : I found the fuel return valve to the port
day tank closed. It is located underneath the deck plate by the escape hatch
on the outboard port side main engine room. This caused all the fuel when
running the engines to return back to the stbd. Day tank. The stbd day tank
got dangerously full. I started the engines and then had to jump from boat to
boat, so I wasnt onboard to watch it or notice the stbd. List.

Misc.

Allen and Andy cleaned out the Warehouse in Alabama and here in Morgan
City, lots of items were thrown in the trash. Mostly radio stuff. I dumpster
dived on them and now have them stored in our room and a couple places
through out the boat. So if you find some random stuff, just leave it. I will be
taking the items home one by one as I fly home over the next few months.

I raped and pillaged the BofA boats before they left. It took about two weeks
to get it all put away. So dont be surprised to find new tools and
consumables everywhere. In this market, even if we do go back to work, it
will be difficult to get supplies, so I took everything that wasnt bolted down.
Seacor Resolve Stbd. Engine governor isnt taking over like it should once the
engine is started. We have done some troubleshooting, but havent really had
time to get serious about it. The engine manuals are in the galley on the
venture.
Replaced the #1 Main generator raw water discharge butterfly valve
I inspected the main deck ac compressor unit again because of the loud noise
it makes when running. I found the refrigerant level good, the motor is
secure, and nothing abnormal stands out, except the delay it takes for the
condenser fan to turn on, the capacitor for the fan was replaced two months
ago. What ever it is, the loud noise is coming from inside the compressor
itself
When running the Harbor generator in 5/11, we received a high cooling temp
alarm and noticed the overflow was venting out of the reservoir. We shut
down, inspected the sea chest and engine. We found nothing wrong. We used
the attached garden hose to ensure the engine was primed. Temperatures
were fine when we started the engine up again.
We got the AC units at the Patterson warehouse working. Basically low Freon,
loose connections, and dirty contactors.
E.R. printer, I found a bunch of printer cartridges for it in the chiefs room.
They are no located in the cabinet in the E.R. office.
