necessary converter/devices/fiber cables and perform end-end test.

Service Level Agreement (SLA) : as stated above

Contractual Period: [based on year specified above] year (thereafter,

automatically renewable on a yearly basis, unless either party issues
a notice of its intention not to renew at least [30] days prior to the
expiry of then current terms or otherwise earlier terminated, subject
to such revision of rates as may be necessary and mutually agreed
between the parties)

Billing mode: monthly payment

Installation fee: RM 500, within 10m cabling, additional cabling charge

RM15 per meter, waived for two years contracts.

Terms & Conditions:

Prices quoted are in RM and not inclusive of 6% Government
Tax.
Pricing is based on the contract period stated above.
Prices include hardware replacement, maintenance &
support.
Subject to test result, REDtone reserves the right to requote the price and review the configuration.
Space, internal wiring and main power supply are to be
provided by the customer.
The price quoted above is subject to change and is valid for
30 days from the date hereof.
If applicable, a purchase order in respect of the service(s)
once issued shall be non-cancelable.
Payment terms: Installation & Commissioning Fee, monthly
payment in advance and 1 month deposit upon confirmation
and subsequently 30 days from date of issue of invoice/
statement.
Equipment Ownership: All equipment supplied is assets of
REDtone.
All other terms and conditions are as per stated on the
application form and service contract.
Lead time is 5 weeks upon receiving confirmation order or
purchase order from customer, subject to infra availability,
service coverage and availability of equipment.
All payment made cheque payable to REDtone
Telecommunications Sdn. Bhd..
