The company had fired their creative employees which are Sam Jenkins and Carol
Velez this is because the CEO straight to the old organizational culture and
traditional product. Their also ignoring the creative person and not took the new
challenge and doesnt want to take any risk, they only relying on the same old

but the product were minimally seen on television because of the lack of strategy
in promotion. They also only promote just in their comfort zone, which are
