Why B Plan?
I am very much motivated by the start-up era that has begun in India, with our
PM Narendra Modis vision to make India a super economic country, There are
very good opportunities to start our own business.

My B Plan:
As the Indian tourism industry recorded a growth of 17.3% in 2014. It is expected
to grow at same pace till 2020(Livemint.com). I feel there are lots of
opportunities to be exploited in this area the investment required are huge as
land parcels are costly in tourist destination luckily my family has land parcel in
one of good tourist destination. I have planned to start a theme resort at this
place and what better way to plan it in the form of my academics project. And I
also have pretty good contacts in construction line.
