FOR CY 2014

As mandated in the Government Procurement Reform Act, all government agencies are required
to have a Bids and Awards Committee. The BAC shall facilitate the implementation of the various
projects of the school and shall be responsible for eligibility screening, bidding, evaluation of bids, post
qualification and recommending award of contracts. To effectively perform the procurement process, the
BAC is hereby constituted as follows:
