TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE CALL FOR ENTRY FOR THE SERIES RENAULT

DUSTER INDIA ADVENTURES.

The terms and conditions contained herein (hereinafter referred to as Terms) apply to the
call for entries for participation in the Renault Duster India Adventures (Call for Entry).

The winners of the Call for Entry shall be able to participate in a reality adventure series
called the Renault Duster India Adventures (herein after referred to as Series) to be
organized and broadcast by New Delhi Television Ltd. (NDTV).

Your participation in the Call for Entry will be construed as an acceptance of the Terms. If
you do not agree to any of the Terms you should not participate in the Call for Entry. NDTV
reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

The Call for Entry will commence on July 15, 2016 and shall end on 12th August,
2016.

The Call for Entry is open to Indian Citizens residing within the geographical territory of
India only.

Employees of NDTV & its subsidiaries/group companies as well as those companies & their
subsidiaries sponsoring the Series and their families are not eligible to participate in the Call
for Entry.

Only those Participants who are above 18 years of age and hold a valid Indian driving license
can participate in the Call for Entry.

To participate in the Call for Entry, you need to

http://carandbike.com/sites/indiaadventures and post your entry and videos to illustrate as to
why you think you are best suited to be one of the participants participating in the Series.

The participant represents and warrants that: (i) you own the video posted by you on the
NDTV website or otherwise have the right to use the video (ii) the use of your video does not
violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, intellectual property
rights or any other rights of any person, and (iii) the posting of your video on the NDTV site
does not result in a breach of contract between you and a third party.

10 Each contestant is allowed to make one entry only.

11 By participating in the Call for Entry and by posting your entries/videos on the NDTV
website, you hereby grant NDTV exclusive royalty free, worldwide, license to use, such
entries, videos in any media formats and through any media channels/medium including but
not limited for advertising/promotional purposes.
12 It is the sole responsibility of the contestants to ensure that they are entitled to participate in
this Call for Entry as per the applicable laws of India.
13 The participants who have posted the best entries will be called by NDTV for auditions.

14 NDTV's editorial team shall select the contestant(s) from amongst the participants based on
their entry and performance in the audition. The decision of NDTV in this matter will be final
and binding and no questions, correspondence, enquiries, etc. on the manner of the selection
and the Call for Entry itself from any party whatsoever will be entertained.
15 The contestant(s) will be required to be available for pre departure shoots and for any other
promotional activities related to the Series.
16 The contestant(s) will be required to make themselves available for at least two months
between July 2016 till September 2016 for participating in the Series. All travel, stay, meals
and beverages will be handled by NDTV.
17 All personal expenditures that include but are not limited to telephone calls, room service,
internet services, use of gym/spa, usage of mini bar, laundry, shopping and beverages other
than those offered along with the meals are to be borne by the contestant(s). All meals or
beverages other than those included in the itinerary have to be paid by the contestants(s).
18 The winner(s) shall be announced on air on the NDTV show on 1st October, 2016 and also
intimated through a phone call from an NDTV representative on the given mobile number to
confirm their names / identity. The winner(s) will have to provide their identity and complete
contact details to the NDTV representative. The winner(s) will also be required to send (by
post or email) copies of the following documents to NDTV (Identification documents) before
the entry certificate to the series will be sent to them:

Identity Proof (Driving License/Passport/Ration Card/PAN Card/Voters ID Card etc.)

Current Address Proof (same as for Identity Proof).

In case your address is different from the address mentioned in the identity proof document
submitted by you, then you may submit either the Electricity bill, Telephone bill as the
address proof. These are indicative and NDTV may require the winner(s) to produce any
other document at its discretion in order to confirm his / her identity. These documents shall
be sent to NDTV within 2 weeks of receiving a communication from NDTV to this effect,
failing which the winner(s) would be deemed to have surrendered his/her entry.
19 NDTV shall make reasonable efforts to confirm the identity of the winner(s) before sending
the entry certificate. However, if the verification of the identity of the winner(s) is not
possible due to any reason(s) including but not limited to, the inability to contact the
winner(s), submission of incomplete documents, or any other reason beyond the reasonable
control of NDTV, NDTV shall be entitled to forfeit the entitlement of the winner(s) and select
an alternate winner(s) in his place.
20 It is the responsibility of winner(s) to ensure their contact details are current and up to date.
21 The Management of NDTV & its subsidiaries/group companies reserve the right to cancel/
postpone/stop this series or this Call for Entry at its discretion or change all or any part of
terms and conditions that are applicable, without giving prior intimation of any kind and
being liable for any consequential losses/damages.

22 Nothing here in amounts to a commitment or representation by NDTV to conduct further or

other such Series/Call for Entry.
23 Comments of winner(s) or materials sent to NDTV including feedback and other
communications of any kind shall be deemed to be non-confidential. NDTV is free to
reproduce, distribute and publicly display such feedback and Call for Entry entries without
limitations or obligation of any kind. NDTV is also free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how
or techniques contained in such feedback for any purpose. NDTV reserves the right to analyze
and summarize data that we collect and also reserves the right to publish, distribute, share
summaries of the data collected with sponsors or other business partners without limitations
or obligations of any kind.
24 Mention of third party companies and products on NDTV or on the NDTV website is for
informational purposes only and constitutes neither an endorsement nor a recommendation.
Licenses and warranties, if any, regarding the third party product take place between you and
the third party.
25 We are fully committed to following laws related to the collection of data and to our carefully
considered policy on data collection. You are required to give us the correct details about
yourself and NDTV will not be liable for any damages direct or indirect for any wrong
addresses submitted.
26 The Call for Entry shall be governed by & construed in accordance with the applicable laws
in India. All matters with respect to the Call for Entry are subject to the jurisdiction of the
Courts at Delhi only.
