I am Hemoc Xelup, National Director for the National Association for the Advancement of Indigenous People (NAAIP) in
America. NAAIP comes as an indigenous peoples advocate seeking an investigation for commercial fraud, identity theft
and ethnic cleansing committed by United States Commerce Department officials.
The allegations set forth by NAAIP are articulated within the attached Affidavit, which was submitted to John H. Thompson,
Director, Foreign Trade Processing Unit Bureau and Penny Pritzker, Secretary of Commerce, United States of America; we
are awaiting response from them respectively.
We are asking your office to take immediate actions to initiate investigations to determine the degree of criminal activity and
respond to us (NAAIP) with the conclusions; also provide this investigative information to the necessary agencies who are
required to and will in turn provide immediate remedy and corrections.
Due to the magnitude of the attached Affidavit, we found it necessary to provide copies of this filing to the following
