PurposeThepurposeoftheLeagueistoenhancetheNFLseasonthroughfun,fantasy
footballcompetition.

I.GoverningBody
A.Untilheretires,thecommissionerwillbeAlexLodi,founderoftheSundayFundayFantasy
FootballKeepersLeague.
B.Duringtheseason,thecommissionerwillberesponsibletoefficientlyrunthedaytoday
operationsoftheSFFLandwillberequiredtointerprettheappropriatecourseofactionbased
onthetermsoutlinedintheSFFLConstitutionandbyESPN.

II.LeagueMembers
A.Therewillbe10leaguemembersforeachseason.Thismayincreaseinthefuturewith
leagueapproval.
B.Allinterestedmembersfromthepreviousseasonhavetherighttoretaintheirfranchiseas
longastheyhavenotbeenbannedbythecommissioner.
C.Banningswillbeissuedasaresultoffranchisenegligence,failuretopayleaguefeesina
timelymanner,cheating,collusionand/orforreasonscurrentlybeyondcomprehensionbutfor
which,atsaidtime,theleaguedeemsbanningappropriatethroughmajorityvote.

III.LeagueSetup
A.LeagueFees
1.Willbe$60,butmayriseinfutureyearsbaseduponleaguevote.
2.Willbeduenolaterthandraftday.
B.Rosters
1.Eachteamwillhave18rostersspots11starters,7bench
2.Eachteamwillhave1InjuredReserveSpot.
3.Startingpositionswillbe:1QB,2RB,3WR,1TE,1OffensivePlayer,1DefensivePlayer,1
Defense,1Kicker.
4.Maximumamountofpositionplayersonroster=QB3,RB6,WR7,TE3,DP3,DST3,K3.
C.ScoringwillbepostedontheLeagueSettingspage.
D.DivisionsTheSFFLleaguewillbedividedintotwo,5team,divisionsaccordingtotheodd
vs.evennumberformatofthedraft.Forexample,division1willhaveteams#2,#4,#6,#8,and
#10.

IV.Draft
A.DraftProcess
1.Thedraftwillbedeterminedbythefinalstandingsofthepreviousseason.The1stplaceteam
ofthepreviousseasonwillhavethelastpick,the2ndplaceteamwillhavethenexttolastpick,
the3rdplaceteamwillhavethethirdtolastpick,andthe4thplaceteamwillhavethe4thtolast
pick.Theremaining6positionswillbedeterminedthrougharandomdrawingtotakeplaceat
least2weekspriortodraftday.
2.Therandomdrawingmustbeperformedinthepresenceofatleast2leaguemembers.

3.Oncethedraftorderisdetermined,thedraftorderwillbeinsnakeformat(1stpickin
round1,haslastpickinround2,andsoforth).
4.ThedraftwilleitherbeonLabordayorthefollowingday.Thedate/timewillbediscussedto
assurewedontconflictwithholidayplans.

5.Thedraftwillbeperformedonlineorinperson(w/skypeforoutoftownpeople)basedona
majorityvote.
6.Thedraftwillbe18rounds.
B.Keepers
1.Keeperswillbegininthe2014season.
2.Eligiblekeepersmustbedraftedandmusthavebeenontheretainingteamsrosteratthe
conclusionoflastseason.Tradedplayersthatwereoriginallydraftedmaybekeptbythe
acquiringteam.
2.Eachfranchisecankeepamaximumoftwoplayersfromthepreviousyearsroster,butisnot
requiredtokeeperanyplayers.
3.Bykeepingadraftplayer,youforfeitthedraftpositionthatyouacquiredthatplayerin.For
example,ifyouarekeepingTonyRomo,whoyoudraftedinthe3rdround,youwillloseyour
thirdpickinthenewdraft.
4.Ifyouarekeeping2playersinthesameround,youlosethatroundandthefollowinground.
5.Aplayercanbebekeptforamaximumof2seasons,notincludingthetheseasoninwhich
theplayerwasdrafted.
6.Anynewfranchisehastheoptiontoadoptaplayerfromtheteamtheyreplaced.
7.Keepersmustbeturnedintothecommissioner5daysbeforethescheduledrafttime.
8.Anyrevisionstothekeeperrulewillnotapplyretroactivelytoplayerscurrentlyinkeeper
status.
9.Ifyoutradeforakeptplayer,youcanonlykeephimforthedurationofthekeepertimelimit.
Timedoesnotstartoverwhenatradeiscomplete.
10.Tomakethissimple,aplayercanonlybekeptfortwoconsecutiveyears,nomatterwho
currentlyhasthemandwhohadthembefore.

V.Waivers
1.Allunownedplayerswillbesetas'OnWaivers'immediatelyafterthedraft,eachweekofplay
orifdroppedfromanotherteam'sroster.Playersonwaiverswillremainsoforasetperiodof
time,duringwhichallteamswillhavetheopportunitytomakeaclaimonanyplayer.Whenthe
waiverperiodexpires,theplayerwillbeawardedtotheteamwiththehighestwaiverprioritythat
madeaclaim,andthatteamwillmovetotheendofthewaiverorder.Thisprocesscontinues
untilallplayerswithclaimsonthemprocess.Atthistimeallplayersnotaddedviawaivers
becomefreeagentswhichcanbeclaimedbyanyteamonafirstcome,firstservedbasis.
2.Thewaiverorderwillnotresetitselfaftereachweek.Choosestrategically.
3.Thepersonwiththefirstdraftpickwillautomaticallyhavethelastwaiverclaim.Theperson
draftingsecondwillhavesecondtolastclaimandsoon.
4.Therearenolimitsontheamountofwaiver/freeagentclaimsthatcanbemadeinaseason.

VI.Trades
A.Tradeswillbeallowedfromtheendofthedraftuntilthetradingdeadlineasoutlinedinthe
leaguesettingspage.
B.Alltradeswillbeapprovedunlessthereiscollusioninvolved.Nobodyshouldtellyouhowto
runyourteam.
C.Assoonasthecommissionerseesthetrade,hewillreviewandapproveit.Therewillbeno
waitingperiods.
D.Therearenolimitsontheamountoftradesyoucanhaveinaseason.

VII.RegularSeason
A.TheseasonschedulewillbegeneratedautomaticallybyESPNbasedonthedivisions.
B.Allfranchisesareresponsibletomakesuretheirlineupsareupdatedbeforekickoffofthefirst
gameoftheweek.Noexceptionswillbemade.
C.Intheeventofacomputerfailurepriortothestartofagivenweeksgames,afranchise
ownermustcontactthecommissionerpriortokickoffofthefirstgameandinformofhimofthe
situationandthesubsequentlineupchange(s).Ifthecommissionerreceivesthelineup
change(s)inatimelymanner,thechange(s)willbemade.Thecommissionermustthenpost
notificationofthemanuallineupchange(s)onthemessageboardand/orcontacttheopposing
franchiseownerviaphone/emailwithinonehourofthestartofthefirstgameofsaidweek.
D.Theregularseasonwillendafterthecompletionofweek13.

VIII.Playoffs
A.Thethreeroundplayoffswilltakeplaceduringweeks1416.
B.Therewillbe6playoffteamscompetingforthechampionships,theywillbethe6teamswith
thebestoverallrecordsintheleague.Theplayoffsmay/maynothave3teamsfromeach
division.
C.Theother4teamswillcompetefortheToiletBowl.
D.Thefirstplaceteamineachdivisionswillbeawardedabyeinthefirstroundoftheplayoffs.
E.Seedingisbasedonregularseasonrecordsandthesubsequenttiebreakersoutlinedby
ESPNandaregeneratedautomaticallybyourleagueservice.Playoffseedingsarenot
debatable.
F.Thetwolosersofthesecondroundofplayoffswillkeepscoreduringweek16todecidethe
3rdand4thplacefinishes.

VIIII.Payouts
Payoutsforthepotwillbemadeasfollows:

ToiletBowlWinner$20
Divisionwinners$50each
HighScoreoftheweek$10x13weeks.


X.Amendments
A.Allamendmentsproposedduringtheseasonwillbereviewedattheendofthecurrent
seasonandnotbemadeapplicabletothecurrentseason.
B.Amendmentsproposedbyleaguemembersmustreceivemajorityapprovalpriortothestart
oftheseason.
C.Commissionercanmakeamendmentsatthebeginningoftheseasonwithoutvoteprocess.
(Someexamplesofthiswouldbeifwecantgetamajorityvote(Weneverhadapollwhere
everyonehasvoted),orifthecommissionerfeelsstronglyaboutachangetoenhancethe
leaguelikemakingtheleagueakeeperleaguethisyear).
