Hi,
Before you do service entry sheet in ML81N- you ensure that you are using service PO which created with item
catagory D.

During creation of service entry sheet in ML81N- ensure that user enter service PO number and for your error
message , user should enteritem no as 10 or 01(Check item numbering in PO details)

If the above not solve your issue, you can involve ABAPer to proceed further.

The user has authorization to only create Service Entry sheets.As soon as the user enters Tcode " ML81N",
