74K02B first stage discharge PSV popped on 01/10/2015. PSV dropped and
calibrated in shop. Presently 74K02B discharge B/V kept isolated in view of
passing problem.
74K201 tripped at 06:10 hrs due to activation of oil/gas DP low low cause by
LO duplex filter plugging.
NHT and CCR heaters stack analyzers calibrated during the month.
Flowing exchangers backlashing done during this month:

CCR cold feed failed on 11-10-2015 at 01:00hrs due to pump failure in TPH.
OISD audit team visited the unit on 14-10-2015.
Propane loading to chiller section done.
CCR RGC primary seal gas filter changed over done and south filter elment
replaced with new one.
74K201 tripped on 18/10/2015 due to tilting pad bearing temperature high.
RTDs reported damaged. Same forced by instrumentation maintenance.
NHT feed cut in done @ 02:20 hrs of 1/11/2015 after Total power failure in the
unit on 31/10/2015.
Unit taken SD due to total power failure on 1/11/2015 @ 17:15 hrs.
CCR RGC started at 18:40 hrs. NHT RGC started at 19:00 hrs.
CCR feed cut in done at 22:30 hrs.
Net gas compressor 74K02A started at 02:00 hrs on 2/11/2015.
NHT feed cut in done at 05:30 hrs. of 2/11/2015.
CycleMax BB started at 16:00hrs of 02/11/2015.
CCR PSA placed in line on 2/11/2015 @ 11:00hrs.
CCR CycleMax regeneration changed from BB to WB on 3/2/2015.
74PV122 (74C202 o/l) dropped and repaired passing.
Flushing oil to fuel oil supply and return headers pressured up cutter.
Steam tracing to Fuel Oil line commissioned.
74K02A tripped on 7/11/2015 at 21:30hrs due to 74Vo3 level high high. Again
compressor placed back at 22:15 hours.
CCR unit tripped on 10/11/2015 at 18:00 hrs. due to 74F02 tripping on fuel
gas pressure low-low. Control valve handed over to instrumentation
maintenance for dropping and cleaning. Observed lots of deposits in the line.
72F01/02 heaters fuel oil interlock checking done.
73E03A/B, C/D drained.
Unit taken emergency shutdown due to total power failure on 17/11/2015 at
22:59 hrs.
Cyclemax shutdown taken on 23/11/2015 at 04:45 due to 74XV6605 not fully
opening problem and again circulation started at 18:30 hrs in BB.

JAN

Two drums of catalyst loaded to the CycleMax system.


NHT feed, CCR recycle gas and net gas sample point flexible hosed replaced.
New lube oil loading skid commissioned to tail gas compressor.
HN from CDU-I routed to NHT feed.
74K201 tripped on 8/12/15 at 04:50 hrs due to motor bearing housing
vibration high. Same probe was checked by instrumentation group and
compressor started at 06:00hrs.
74K201 tripped on 14/12/15 due to motor bearing housing vibration high.
Same was started after bypassing the the tripped interlock.
NHT heater stack damper got wide opened due to power cylinder air hose
connection gave away. Same replaced.
74V02 LT-1501 failed at 14:38 on 17/12/2015. Same was swapped with LT2401 i.e FG KOD level transmitter
74K801 LO cooler backflushed done twice during the month.
CCR heaters soot blowers operated. 74F02/03 chemical cleaning carried out
on 21st DEC.
Tail gas compressor stopped on 24 th DEC due to high motor bearing housing
vibration. Motor bearing replaced.
NT feed filter cleaned on 29/12/2015.
Cyclemax Load calibration done.
CCR separator Bottom pump 74P01B motor bearing replaced.
Cyclemax Top wind sack replaced.
74E801B back flushed. Observed 10Degc improvement.
74E03A/B, C/D Salt water line back flushing done. Observed 11DegC
improvement.
Cyclemax Shutdown taken on 13/1/2015 to repair 74PDIC6401 problem of not
opening beyond 50%. Problem rectified and Cyclemax started on 14/1/2015.
74E03C/D SWR line B/V body pin hole leak observed. Leak arrested by
proving Clamped.
74K201 LO cooler back flushing done. Observed 10DegC improvement.
NHT heaters soot blowers ran. All found Ok except SB#2 not running.
CCR heaters soot blowers operated.
N2 seal drum N2 make up valve 74PDY6504 diaphragm replaced with
74TV6207.
Cyclemax lock hopper control mode changed from feed through mode to
ramp mode.
74K801A handed over to Rotary for bearing overhauling.
74F01 TDIC0503 range increased to 120DegC and set locked at 108DegC.
74F02 TDIC0603 set locked at 143DegC.
74K801B shim plate damaged. Coupling swept with 74K801A.
74K801A capacity control selector switch taken to shop for repair.

VGWT level made up and circulation established.

72-F-01 FO burner no: 05, 06 dropped and same were unplugged.


CCR heater thermography carried out.
74-K-02B 1st stage and 2nd stage volume pots liquid content drained.
74-E-03A/B, C/D back flushing done.
CCR heater firing adjusted to achieve the design arch temperatures.
Dew point of air driers- inlet30 DegC and outlet -71 DegC.
74K02B 2nd stage discharge check valve direction checked and found to be
ok.
Pressure survey carried out for CCR separator loop and RGC loop.
74PM01B placed i/s and 01A given for seal pot water replacement.
74K02B cooling water jackets commissioned and observed water ingress into
loaders. Same was attended by rotary and commissioned back.
PSA switched to 5 bed mode and handed over 74PV0252 c/v to inst for
passing. Same repaired. After repairs again PSA placed back in 6 bed
operation
74K02B overhauling job done. After completion of rotary overhauling
compressor placed in service on 21/03/2016.
One drum fresh catalyst loaded in to CCR. (R264)
74PT07B pump seal leak repaired and placed in service on 18/3/2016.
74P07A isolated and seal cooler cleaned.
CCR PSA dump line PSVs are in shop for calibration.
Chiller oil recovery vessel 74V806 leak developed. Leak repaired and fixed
back. Electrical heaters under maintenance.
H2 make up to NHT system change to net gas system from PSA outlet.
On 28/3/2016 at 18:45 sudden raise in NHT FSD boot level increased. Hot
HN/SRN cut down for 04hrs.
APC implementation job in progress.
74P08A/B and 74P10 discharge line modification done to facilitated DMDS
injection to CCR feed.
72K01A/B cooling water cooler (bottom) salt water inlet line pin hole leak
repaired.
