How to get change history of Master Recipe

Hello all,
How can I get change list of Master recipe without using change number (without cc03),
changes like destinations in operations or control key ... assign materials to a master recipe ...
Meaning not changes in the master data (mm02) and not chanes in the BOM (cs02)
just changes in the master recipe data itself.
If there is no transaction and I have to look into tables (or join some of them) it's OK
but I prefer a transaction.
