NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY

RESOLVED, that the 35th Katipunan ng mga Sangguniang
Mag-aaral sa UP National Congress is calling on the
different student councils to push with the call to abolish the
eUP Project and its facets;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the
Pascual administration be held accountable for the
implementation of the eUP Project and the problems it
caused to the affected sectors;
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the
UP system be one in pushing for prioritization of more budget
allocation in removing school fees instead of investing in publicprivate partnership projects that are part of neoliberal policies in
education.
