several crew members. Also assisted in the selling of the construction company after it closed.

Duties Included: Performed administrative & secretarial support functions and callbacks for the
headquarters and branch managers of a large on-line dating service. Self-maintained situations in
which my clientele were actually prioritized and/or escalated to my office. Such situations were
those that could not be resolved by initial customer service agents, supervisors, and/or managers.
Took initiative to handle a vast amount of monies and credits in order to maintain the positive
reputation of the company and its prevention of negative publicity by abiding by the wishes of the
distraught customer to the best of my capabilities. I had my own toll-free number for such
occasions. Demonstrated ability to maintain composure and work effectively in a demanding
environment while preserving strict confidentiality pertaining to billing, fraud, unemployment,
