On 04-30-13 at approx. 1443 hours, I (OFFICER BATTLE) was dispatched

to 11595 Northgate Way in reference to a contact person. When I
arrived, I made contact with MARSHA HAZELWOOD, her husband, and her 16
year old grandson. HAZELWOOD explained that her and her husband have
legal custody of the juvenile. HAZELWOOD explained that last week, her
grandson was given the set of keys so that he could open the garage in
the rear of the residence. HAZELWOOD explained that the juvenile took
of the key to the safe that was on the key ring. HAZELWOOD said that
the juvenile took his knives and sword from the gun safe. HAZELWOOD
explained that she wanted the incident documented in case.

I spoke to the juvenile at the residence.

he juvenile explained that he does not
to talk to anyone about his problems.
The juvenile informed me that he does not want to hurt himself but has
thought about it in the past.
HAZELWOOD informed me that approx. 6-8 weeks ago, the juvenile
informed her that he was going to blow and people were going to get
hurt. HAZELWOOD asked him who was going to get hurt and he said he
didn`t know who, when, or how and that he didn`t have a plan.
note: HAZELWOOD`S husband keeps a pistol in a safe in the bedroom and
rifles in a safe in the garage.
