In this proposal will be made on a project to create an educational media to make it

easier to learn and get information about biodiversity in P3M Quarry Hambalang.
The diversity of the existing biodiversity in this area will be easier to learn through
the media, the media that will be used is a container car that will be converted into
a car caravan smart environmentally friendly because it uses biodiesel fuel that has
been cultivated also by PT.Indocement. Car caravan will present a wide range of
knowledge and information that may be easier for visitors to understand the
biodiversity and conservation happens in the mining area.

Indonesia passed the equator contributes to Indonesia being one of the countries
that have a high biodiversity. In the era of globalization, many industries that rely on
biodiversity one of which is mine, but still a lot of misinformation and assume that
mining only exploit natural resources without any recovery attempts. To convey the
correct information about this case needed a suitable medium and readily accepted
by the general public. In this project will be made a smart caravan concept, this
caravan will be made of a container to be modified into a car caravan. It is known
that the PT .Indocement been cultivating some plants that can be used as fuel
alternatives one of which is biodiesel, with this biodiesel can also be used as the
fuel is used for this caravan cars in order to remain environmentally friendly. This
car will contain multimedia such as video education on biodiversity and its
conservation, as well as smart boards containing information about how the mining
process, outcome, and the preservation of flora and fauna after mining activities.
Visitors will be invited to become a miner a day with the availability of tools or
clothing commonly worn by workers employed in the mining area, so visitors can
also feel and see what is happening in the mining activities. In-car caravan will be a
tour leader who briefed at every spot that is passed visitors. With the media such
that visitors can gain a lot of knowledge and information on biodiversity in the
mining area P3M and a fun way for visitors are invited to experience directly. with
the amount of information and knowledge about how to conserve P3M the former
mining area into a green area back so that visitors can help preserve and maintain
the existing biodiversity. Students and the general public is the target for this
project in order to get up on all the circles and more positive activities that can be
done to safeguard the environment and biodiversity. Hopefully, by the caravan's
cars seagai educational media later P3M Quarry Hambalang biodiversity can be a
fun learning center for visitors who come seingga the more information that can be
shared.
Method
Stages to be undertaken for this smart car caravan include:

1. Design model of car caravan that will be used

2. The technical arrangements work for manufacturing car caravan
3. Implementation of the modified car into a car caravan full container and interior
parts in automobiles
4. Checking and preparation -spot spot to be visited
5. The test car caravan in the area P3M
6. Publication on society and the implementation of the visit
7. Evaluation and final report
Schedule research
Initial planning from designing up to manufacture automobile caravan technical
arrangements will be made at the end of March until August 2016. Tests conducted
trials at the end of August and in September carried out with a duration bias visits
every weekday only accept a maximum of three visits.
