Assessed current nutrition education needs of the population served by Wabano Centre for
Aboriginal Health, outlined inputs/outputs in a logic model format, developed lesson plans,
and selected budget-friendly recipes for demonstration
Cycled over 5000 miles through multiple countries for charity (RESULTS UK). This experience
has instilled an increased confidence in my ability and has contributed to a renewed ambition
to reach populations at-risk for nutritional deficiencies.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook
Current ServSafe certification (expires: 12/15/2020)
Received Yoga Teacher Training Certification in Rishikesh, India in November 2013. Studied
yoga postures, meditation, breathing techniques, body awareness, philosophy and anatomy.
