EFFECTIVENESS DIALISER 5.6, AND 7 REUSE OF RATIO REDUCTION UREA
(RRU) IN RENAL FAILURE PATIENTS TERMINAL (GGT) THE UNDERGOING HEMODIALYSIS INSTALLATION IN HEMODIALIYSIS HOSPITAL KEDIRI By : SELFIANANTA CAHYANINGTYAS NIM : 10120168 Terminal renal failure (GGT) is a clinical condition characterized by an irreversible decline in kidney function. Dialiser usage is one aspect that can affect the adequacy of hemodialysis. Purpose of the study to determine the effectiveness of using Dialiser Reuse 5, 6 and 7 of the U Reduction Ratio (RRU) in patients with terminal renal failure (GGT) is undergoing hemodialysis at hospitals Gambiran Kediri. In this study using an experimental research design or sample series is also called the equivalent-time sample design. GGT population of all patients who underwent Haemodialysis in Haemodialysis Installations Gambiran Hospital Karachi, amounting to 93 people. Using purposive sampling techniques Sampling obtained in accordance with inclusion criteria were 15 people. Independent variables in this study is the effectiveness of the applicability of Dialiser Reuse 5, 6 and 7. and the dependent variable is the ratio of reduction of U (RRU). From the research results obtained U Reduction Ratio analysis of 15 patients Terminal Renal Failure (GGT) who undergo hemodialysis with Dialiser Reuse 5.6, and 7 by using the test of Homogenity of variances obtained = 0.284 with = 0.05 for > 0.05 H0 is accepted. This means that not enough evidence that the RRU be more adequate to use one of the reuse dialiser 5.6, and 7. From the results of One Way ANOVA statistical tests obtained p = 0.363 with = 0.05. Because p> 0.05 H0 accepted then that means there is no difference in the effectiveness of reuse dialiser 5.6, and 7 against the reduction U ratio in patients undergoing hemodialysis at hospitals Gambiran Kediri. The reduction ratio of U in patients with terminal renal failure (GGT) undergoing hemodialysis due to much lower among other things haemodialisis inadequate duration, velocity of blood flow is not adequate and the use of dialiser.
