Orto e Mare is a vegetable focused restaurant that relies on the best seasonal produce to illustrate the beauty of
simple Italian cooking. Proteins are used sparingly, and play a supporting role to fresh vegetables. Our dishes
are mostly small and are meant to be shared; we suggest ordering three plates per person. At Orto e Mare only
a few ingredients are used in each dish and they are cooked minimally to let the natural flavors shine.
