DORM PRINTER INSTALLATION STEPS Windows 8

1. Go to Run by pressing windows key(WINKEY) + R . Enter \\192.168.51.73

2. Login to your 192.168.51.73 account. ( Use the username and password that are given
to you in the first week e.g Username is p13abcd and password is p13abcd***)

Enter your username & password and checkmark remember my credentials

3. Double click on your DORM PRINTER

(If your dorm is d4, the printer will be d04. If dorm is 15, printer is d15)
You would see a screen similar to below one. Click on OK

4. Click on Have disk on the below screen

5. Click on Browse

6. Now enter one of the following value based on your OS and press OK.
64bit
a) For new 64-bit OS - \\192.168.51.73\readonly\HP 3015 Windows8
driver\x64(64 bit - XP_S2003_Vista)\PCL6
b) Choose the file hpc3010u
32bit
a) For old 32-bit OS use \\192.168.51.73\readonly\HP 3015 Windows8
driver\i386(32 bit - 2000_XP_S2003_Vista)\PCL6
b) Choose the file hpc3010c

7. Select HP LaserJet P3010 Series PCL 6 and click on OK.

8. It takes a few seconds an then you would see a screen like this,

When printing a document select the printer as shown in below screenshot.

(If your dorm is d4, the printer will be d04)
