This study will be conducted for the purpose of examining the creativity
quotient of Grade IV pupils and their academic performance as basis for
developmental creativity skills module. More specifically, it seeks to answer the
following sub problems:
1. What is the profile of the Grade IV pupils in terms of their:
1.1. Age;
1.2. Sex;
1.3. Previous Academic Performance (GPA);
1.4. Family Income;
1.5. Number of Siblings;
1.6. Joined School Organization / Clubs and
1.7. Joined Contests/extracurricular ?
2. How do they assess the Grade IV students creativity quotient in terms of:
2.1. Fluency;
2.2. Flexibility
2.3. Originality; and
2.4. Elaboration?
3. To what extent do the students performed in creative activities in their school
in terms of:
3.1. Arts and Crafts;
3.2. Writing;
3.3. Delivery of Speech;
