SANIPEX GROUP was established in January 1995

to provide high quality bathroom and plumbing
products to the Middle East Markets, complimented
by professional support and service.
20 years on we still have the same business philosophy,
albeit to a global marketplace. We also have a strong
track record with an established customer base,
backed up with an unrivalled supply chain capability.
However, the key asset that SANIPEX GROUP has
is its human resource. The group employs staff from
over 40 nations all working harmoniously helping
coordinate our global expansion whilst maintaining
our recognized professional service levels.

SANIPEX GROUP is a market leading supplier of quality bathrooms,
tiles and plumbing materials.
Established in Dubai, United Arab Emirates in 1995, as a representative
to a handful of European manufacturers, today the company conducts
business in over 40 countries across four continents and distributes
over 30 of the worlds leading brands, including its own highly successful
BAGNODESIGN and AQUAZONE brands.

BAGNODESIGN showrooms have set the standard
as the premier location for architects, interior
designers, installers, business owners and private
clients. Our highly successful BAGNODESIGN and
AQUAZONE brands are displayed in such a way
as to inspire creativity and are complemented with
products from some of the worlds top boutique
brands, providing our clients with a vast array of
choices to create a bathroom solution unique to
them.
BAGNODESIGN provides a one stop shop with
arguably the most comprehensive range of quality
bathroom fixtures and fittings, and tiles under
one roof. From furniture and accessories, through
to luxury walk in showers, whirlpools and steam
rooms; from contemporary design to classical,
BAGNODESIGN provides the complete solution.
Buying a bathroom can be a daunting task, however
all of our showroom staff are graduates of the
BAGNODESIGN training academy and possess a
comprehensive knowledge of all the products we
sell. They know the right questions to ask and have
the answers to ensure that the product selection
will work both technically and aesthetically.

committed to working with each client, irrespective

Calum Stewart

Group Retail Director

Calum is a senior retail professional with 30 years retail management experience gained from
working with leading, multinational companies across the UK, Middle East and Far East. Calum has
a wealth of experience managing both single and multi-site retail operations and prior to joining
the SANIPEX GROUP in January 2008, was Store Development Director for the AS Watson
Group in Hong Kong where he was responsible for developing new retail brands and store
concepts.

The Project division has become the go-to
choice for leading Developers, Architects, Interior
Designers and Contractors, with our products
represented in several of the worlds most iconic
projects.
Our core strength is the ability to work with our
clients through every stage of the project. Our
Specifications team work with Architects and
Designers on product selection before passing it to
our Sales team in the relevant location. Post Sales
and Logistics ensure the products are delivered to
site when the client wants them, Technical teams
provide installation support and once the project
is live, our Retail team or local partner provide
ongoing operational support.
With A & D Centres in London, Leeds, Dubai, Doha,
Moscow and Hong Kong we are able to ensure that
the vision created by Architects and Designers can
be realised in the finished project irrespective of
whether it is in Europe, Middle East, Africa or Asia.

Guy Wilson

Managing Director - Projects

Guy has over 20 years of international sales and management experience in the industrial and
construction sectors in Africa, Europe and Middle East. Guy has been based in Dubai since 2003
and prior to joining SANIPEX GROUP in January 2011, was with the Geberit Group for 10 years,
7 of those heading the Geberit organisation for the Middle East region. Guy is responsible for
SANIPEX GROUPs Project division.

Trade Sales are right at the heart of SANIPEX
GROUP business. From its beginnings as a Sales
Agency company in 1995, SANIPEX GROUP has
grown to be a leading provider of sanitaryware and
Plumbing Materials. In recent years it has developed
its own ranges under the BAGNODESIGN and
AQUAZONE brands in many categories in order
to bring the best value and best quality products to
its discerning customer base.
In several markets SANIPEX GROUP works closely
with hand-picked partners to ensure that the
fundamental values of the company are delivered
in full to the end user. It is through this commitment
to value, service and quality that it continues to
experience strong growth globally.
The Trade Sales department currently exports to
22 different countries across 4 continents from its
Middle Eastern Hub.

Simon Davis

Sales Director - Trade

Simon has over 20 years experience within the industry and joined SANIPEX GROUP in 2010,
initially responsible for expanding the existing franchise business and was then promoted to
Export and Brand Manager for BAGNODESIGN. Simons extensive knowledge and invaluable
experience over the years has earned him a place on SANIPEX GROUP Management Board.
After a year in Hong Kong setting up the Sanipex Asia Pacific business Simon recently returned
to Sanipex HQ and now heads up the Sanipex Group Trade Sales department.

UK & Europe

The development of the UK & Europe market is a strategic focus for the Group as it aims to
replicate its highly successful 3 channels to market approach that has served it so well in other
regions.
SANIPEX UK
SANIPEX UK comprises of both our trade and projects divisions.
The trade division consists of a team of Regional Sales Managers who have established a network
of independent retailers and franchised showrooms, promoting the BAGNODESIGN brand
to private clients and small to medium sized retail projects. The team continue to focus on
developing partnership agreements with like-minded customers who share the values of the
BAGNODESIGN brand and show commitment through strong displays and promotion of the
product. In 2015 SANIPEX UK took over exclusive UK distribution for BOSSINI and GALASSIA,
two highly respected Italian manufacturers of showering and sanitaryware products respectively.
The project division focuses on working with architects, interior designers and developers of
medium to large size projects across commercial, hospitality, institutional and residential segments,
supplying either direct to the project or through contract merchants.
BAGNODESIGN
The company aims to establish a comprehensive network of wholly owned BAGNODESIGN
showrooms in strategic locations across the country that will cater to the mid to upper end of the
market. Showrooms will typically be 2,000 4,000sq.ft. and will showcase the BAGNODESIGN
brand at its very best, supported by world class customer service. The showroom expansion
programme will be under pinned by the opening of a new flagship showroom in London in
Autumn 2016.

Richard Nicholls

Project & Trade Director - SANIPEX UK

Richard has worked in the Bathroom and Plumbing industry for over 20 years in sales and
operational roles. He has worked extensively in the Distribution and Project channels, with
experience in new build housing, hospitality and commercial sectors. Working on major projects
and national accounts in the UK and EMEA.
Richard has worked in a Multinational FTSE 100 company, as well as independent emerging
manufacturers, developing sales into new markets and countries. His experience includes multiple
roles in Wolseley UK (including National Sales Manager Plumb Center), Sales and Operations
Director at Sime Boilers, and Commercial Director at Merlyn Industries.

Yvonne McQueen

Retail Director - BAGNODESIGN UK

Yvonne has over 20 years retail management experience operating at a senior level for major
blue chip retailers including Virgin, Arcadia Group, The Gap and Home Retail Group. In recent
years Yvonne has specialized in UK start ups and European turnarounds for high profile global
retail brands. Prior to joining BAGNODESIGN Yvonne was retail director for Crocs Inc. where
she led a project involving the review of the retail estate across Europe. Yvonne has successfully
managed turnovers in excess of 150m and has a wealth of experience in building brands and
delivering share holder value.

Logistics Support
In May 2009, the company opened its 8,300m2,
state-of-the-art Logistics Centre within the Jebel
Ali Free Zone in Dubai. With easy access to both
sea and air freight facilities, stock can be efficiently
mobilised and distributed to our clients across the
UAE and the wider Gulf region, Central and South
Asia and Africa.
The facility has enabled the development of the
BAGNODESIGN range to become the most
comprehensive available in the market today, and
with the latest warehouse management system we
can optimize stock levels and track the movement
of thousands of products every week.

In 2014, SANIPEX opened its brand new European

Headquarters in Birstall, Leeds, covering a total
of 20,000 square feet. The facility comprises of a
warehouse, which stocks the companys entire UK
collection, offices, and a 4,000 square foot showroom
and training facility. Not only can customers,
Designers and Architects browse products and seek
advice on their bathroom specifications, but visitors
can also brainstorm ideas and keep abreast of the
latest innovations all at one location.

Leeds, UK

Dominic Coulbeck

Operations Director
Dominic has over 25 years experience in management positions with Blue Chip organisations in
the UK and Middle East. A resident in Dubai since 1988, he joined the company in 2005 and is
based in SANIPEX GROUP Free Zone Logistics Centre in Jebel Ali, with specific areas of direct
responsibility within SANIPEX GROUP.

Paul Raynor

Commercial Director
Paul joined Sanipex Group from Wolseley Plc, where most recently he was Operations Director
for the Drain Center business and has considerable experience in the bathroom and plumbing
industry working for market leading brands across the UK and USA. An experienced Commercial
Director with a track record of managing multi-million pound B2B & B2C businesses, specialising
in operational efficiency and e-commerce development, Paul brings a wealth of expertise and
knowledge to the company.

Vipul Amin

Chief Financial Officer

Vipul Amin is a commercially astute and qualified CIMA accountant from the UK, who has
primary responsibility for all aspects of finance at the SANIPEX Group - budgeting, forecasting,
accounting.
Prior to joining the SANIPEX Group, Vipul served in a similar role at Gulf Greetings LLC, based
in Dubai. During his more than 10-year finance management career, Vipul has also worked for
companies owned by or operating in partnership with well-known international brands such as
Rolls Royce, Daimler, Unilever, Kodak, Hallmark and Sainsburys.

Our Academy
The BAGNODESIGN Academy is a state-of-the-art training
facility located next to the companys flagship showroom
in Dubai. The company has a long standing reputation for
providing industry leading customer service and has been
a strong advocate of the theory that a companys greatest
assets are its people.
With an extensive and continuously expanding range of
products,The BAGNODESIGN Academy provides hands-on
training on both the technical and selling aspects of products
across all categories. Successful completion of individual
training modules lead to the award of merit, which eventually
leads to graduation from The Academy. In addition, The
Academy provides induction and business process training.
The BAGNODESIGN Academy is open to Dealers and also
local Plumbers and Contractors who have the opportunity
to become a certified installer of BAGNODESIGN products.
With the global expansion of BAGNODESIGN franchise
showrooms, The Academy provides the franchisees with the
opportunity to get hands-on experience of the product and,
at the same time, experience the culture of the company, its
pulse and what makes it different.

Marketing
The Marketing department is at the core of the SANIPEX
GROUP, ensuring our brand message is communicated
in a clear and consistent manner both within the company
and externally to customers, suppliers and partners. The
Department, headed up by Kerrie Black who joined the
Group in 2001, is divided into 3 key teams - Graphic Design,
Communications and Showroom Planning & Design.
The renowned BAGNODESIGN Price Guide is published
annually, and can be found on the desks of the key
decision makers who can be working on anything from an
individual villa to a several hundred room luxury hotel. The
BAGNODESIGN Collection catalogues are now produced
with separate versions for the UK, Europe and Asia Pacific
and in addition, the Department publishes on average a
further 15 brochures per year, primarily focused on exclusive
BAGNODESIGN and AQUAZONE product ranges.
Advertising, websites and social media are all managed
centrally, providing company and product information that is
relevant, up-to-date and region specific.
As the BAGNODESIGN brand expands geographically, the
Showroom Planning & Design Team work closely with each
showroom ensuring that brand consistency in layout and
product display is maintained whilst at the same time tailoring
it to the needs of the local market.
