DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENT FOR PROCESSING THE RETIREMENT SAVINGS ACCOUNT (RSA)
AND CLIENT FAMILIARITY INDEX (CFI) FORM
We write to inform you that we have received a communiqu from the National Pension
Commission (PenCom) requesting all prospective and existing holders of the RSA to provide
additional documentation as detailed in the attached copy of the circular from PenCom
(appendix 1). In view of this directive, we therefore request for your co-operation in
administering the new CFI form (copy attached as appendix 2) to all RSA holders registered
with Stanbic IBTC Pension Limited (SIPML) in your esteemed organization.
The CFI administration requires that we capture the biometric information of all RSA holders
and we would come around (with your permission), in due course, to take biometrics of our
clients in your organization. Find below documents required to facilitate the administration of the
CFI for your information and possible dissemination to your staff; ahead of our proposed visit to
regularize their accounts in line with the new guidelines:
Proof of Address (any one of the followings):

Utility bill within the past three months.

Valid Driver License (not expired).
Recent Tenancy Agreements.
Voters card
National ID card.
Active Bank Statement (within the past 3 months) containing current address.
