Kami SPS. ROBERT GARCIA at AGRIFINA DANIEL, sapat ang
gulang, at naninirahan sa Brgy. Lourdes, Sta. Rosa, Nueva Ecija, pagkatapos
makapanumpa nang sang-ayon sa ipinag-uutos ng batas ay malaya at
kusang-loob na dito ay nagsasaysay:

1.Na kami ang nakatalang nagmamay-ari ng isang parsela ng lupa

na nasakupan ng Titulo Blg./Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-46649, na
matatagpuan sa Brgy. Mayapyap Norte, Cabanatuan City, at may sukat na
humigit kumulang 6,086 metro kwadrado . Ang kopya (xerox copy)

na

naturang titulo ay aming inilakip dito bilang ANNEX A

2. Na lingid sa aming kaalaman nuong January 8, 2004, si G.

Norman D. Cabling na aming pamangkin ay pinalsipika (falsified) ang aming
mga pirma sa isang kasulatan ng bentahan (deed of absolute sale) ng
naturang parsela ng lupa at sa pamamagitan ng naturang pinalsipikang
kasulatan ang naturang titulo ng lupa ay nalipat sa kanyang (Norman D.
Cabling) pangalan. Ang kopya (xerox copy)

ng naturang pinalsipikang

(falsified) kasulatan ng bentahan ng naturang lupa ay aming inilakip dito

bilang ANNEX B, samantalang ang kopya (xerox copy) ng titulo nito na

nalipat sa pangalan ni Norman D. Cabling ay inilakip dito bilang ANNEX C ;

3. Na nang ito ay aming matuklasan/madiskubre nuong bandang

buwan ng Oktubre, 2005, siya at ang kanyang asawa ay kagyat naming
pinadalhan ng isang sulat sa pamamagitan ng aming kamag-anak na
abogado, upang kami ay ayusin at

pag-usapan at maayos ang naturang

usapin at hindi na paabutin pa sa hukuman ang naturang pangyayari

yayamang kami naman ay hindi mag-iiba-iba .Subalit sa kabila ng
pagsusumikap ng aming kamag-anak na abogado na kami ay pag-ayusin na
lamang ay alang nangyaring pag-aayos sapagkat ayaw ng pumayag ni G.

na ibalik sa aming pangalan ang titulo ng naturang

parsela ng lupa maliban na lamang kung kami daw ay magbayad sa kanya

ng halagang 1.5 milyong piso . Ang kopya ng naturang sulat ay inilakip dito
bilang ANNEX D;

4. Na nuong September 20, 2012, muli namin silang pinadalhan ng

sulat upang ayusin ang naturang usapin, subalit gaya ng dati ay wala ding
nangyaring pag-aayos sa aming pagitan kung kayat kami ay nagpasya ng
isampa ang kaukulang sumbong-salaysay na ito sa Tanggapan ng City
Prosecutors Office ng Cabanatuan City ;

5. Na aming isinagawa ang salaysay na ito upang patotohanan ang

lahat ng nasa itaas nito at upang ipagsumbong at hilingin sa Tanggapan ng
Kgg. na City Prosecutor ng
prinsipyo ng

Cabanatuan City, alang-alang sa diwa at

katotohanan, katwiran at katarungan na ipagsakdal si Mr.

Norman D. Cabling sa Hukuman sa kasong Falsification of Public Documents

at ng anumang iba pang kaukulang habla (charge) base sa mga naturang
kaganapan at sirkumstansya .
