PER CURIAM:
Pursuant to a plea agreement, Gene Elwood Moore, Jr.,
pled guilty to possessing a firearm after having been convicted of
a felony, in violation of 18 U.S.C. 922(g)(1) (2000).
The

no
meritorious
issues
for
colloquy, see Fed. R. Crim. P. 11, and that Moore waived the right
to appeal his sentence in the plea agreement.*

We affirm.
