The question
The question, my question for you, is:
Are YOU a Doer, or a Talker?
Why that question?
Because I look around me and all I see, is billions of people asking billions of questions
and leaving those questions unanswered. They just jump from a question to another, and
another, and another, on and on. And they complain about anything and everything:
government, pollution, poverty, lack of happiness, fatal deseases, Nibiru, the year 2012, the
Photon Belt, too many taxes, too many debts, and the list goes on, and on, and on, on an
endless number of pages.
It's just that I'm too lazy to write them all so, if you think you're better than I am, put
them between the brackets below, instead of dots.

So, one day I asked myself: Is there any chance to get out of this endless series
of questions? I mean, is there any ANSWER?
And from this very day, what do you think it happened?
I know you know the answer. I'll only confirm it to you.
And YES, I found! I found more and more answers!
Do you want those answers?
Well, then go ahead, read on!
But there is one little thing I have to tell you. In fact, to remind you, just in case you
forgot it:
These are my answers.

Who Am I
I know that there is one question that bothers you:
Who is that guy?

There are at least three ways to answer this question:

Method 1: The simplest and the less Time consuming one. Read my CV and make
yourself a pretty good picture on me.
Method 2: A little bit clunchy, tricky, and more Time consuming, especially if you're
new on the internet: ASK GOOGLE. I will spear you the phase of niche keyword research and
I'll give you some tips for keywords/keyphrases:
„serban stanescu”; „ZENLA Project”; „Proiectul Ritmuri Interioare”; „Ritmuri interioare”;
„RapidQ IDE serban stanescu”; ... from now on, you might want to play a little with a keyword
suggestion tool. Or you might want to read on. Your choice, as ever.
Method 3: Read all my books, visit all my groups, read all my blogs... It already
sounds Time consuming, and in fact, it is. First, because my primary language is Romanian.
So, the books are written in Romanian. So, the first thing to do, would be to learn Romanian,
then read my books. Or, an easyer choice, wait for me to translate them into English. But this
is work in progress, so it iakes Time. Obviously, in this case, my Time, which is a real
valuable gain compared to learning Romanian. But on the other hand, you loose the chance to
penetrate an over 22 million buyers market. And now, the internet marketing, is a very
challenging business. Again, your choice.
You are probably dying of curiosity to know what would I do if I was to find out who
YOU are. Well, I would use all the three methods. But that, again, is my choice.
And now, let's move on. Shall we? Procrastination, leads to nothing good!

I have been running my own site in English, learned online business
and studied lots about marketing in the online environnement,
following various types of online courses and trainings.
Since 2008, I founded the Zero Negations Language Project
(ZENLA), based on my published writings (in Romanian). It is a
work under heavy development, it includes lots of online resources,
thus, a lot of work which still has to be done.

My Business Fundamentals
Doing business with me, means primarily knowing me. But knowing me, or anyone
else, usually takes lots of Time. That means that if I am to do business with anyone, including
YOU, I have to cut it stright.
I will put here my fundamental statements in life. If you agree with those statements,
you will surely be able to do business with me and be successful. Otherwise, it would be best
for you to choose any other kind of partnership, except for me. We surely have a too different
vision on Life itself, to be able to live under the same roof. World is huge enough to make
room for everyone so, finding another partner, will be easy for you. After all, there are 6.5
billion people out here, under the sky...
And if your final decision is to find another partner, thanks for reading so far!
Someday you will understand why I really thank you!

Statements
1. Universe, is a Whole. An Unique Entity. Thus, any action of mine, reflects somehow
in the Whole and the Whole, somehow reflects in me.
2. The only reasonable thing I have to do, is knowing myself better. The easiest way to
accomplish that, is considering everything that surrounds me a mirror, that reflects my own
image. If I am dissatisfied with something, it certainly means my latest decisions were out of
my goals' path. Wether I change my goal, or I change my decisions.
3. Anything and everything, is a part of myself. Each and every situation, is a lesson
that, for some reason, I asked for. Now the best thing for me to do, is find out what was the
lesson I asked for. If it was a painful one, best chance is I did the same thing to someone,
somewhere in time.
4. The first currency and the most important, are the resources. So:
I think the world in terms of resources.
This is another way to express the fact that the Whole Universe is Energy and
Information. Its density matters less. What matters, is the respect I show in my thoughts,
speech and actions. That will determine how the Universe answers to my moves.
5. The whole Universe is in a continuous motion. So am I. Changes, are the way the
Universe exists. Death itself, is a change of state only. Admitting that everything ends „after
death”, resumes to admit that the whole Universe ceases to exist. As far as I have seen and
experienced by now, it exists. That is why respect for everything is due.
6. Human species are only a resource among billions of other resources. It happens that
I belong to that species. Beliveing that I am more important than the other resources, such as
for instance the planets, or the stars, is a nonsense. A more reasonable approach, is that we
are equal in front of the whole Universe. That is, as long as I respect, I receive respect. That is
the Law of Resonance. Others call it „Law of Attraction”.
7. From a human perspective, the most valuable Resource, is TIME. That is why my
main currency, IS TIME. According to this statement, doing business with me, means
EXCHANGING TIME. Since the Whole Universe is Energy, since the Whole Universe is in motion
or „in change”, that means that what we really do, is exchange energy, expressed under a
particular form. So, choosing the TIME as value exchange currency, is according to the
Universal Laws. TIME is a form of Energy.
8. At a smaller scale, the most valuable resource, is the human being. That is because
a human being can use the Time to accomplish many other tasks than multiplying itself as the

other animals or beings do, or as a copying machine, say, a Xerox, or a printer. That is what
makes the difference among human species and the others. However, even if so, we are still
small pieces of a Whole. Being responsible for what we are, is due.
9. Transformation and distruction, are obviously two different approaches of what we
call „Change”. I belive that Change has to occur through Gradual Transformation. This is
what I observed during the Years, that Nature does. Nature uses Gradual Transformations
instead of sudden distruction. Exceptions are encountered sometimes but they always have
deep causes and complex explanations. I chose Transformations instead of distructions.
If you disagree with that, find yourself another business partner. I stick to my choice
because Nature proved me I was right making that choice: Transformation.
10. Accepting Transformation means, simply spoken, accepting the flow of the Energy
and Information. This can be detailed on thousand of pages and in fact, has already been
done. It is useless for me to reinvent the wheel. Accepting the flow of the Energy, means in
the end, being a part of this flow. Some other writers expressed this in the following formula:
„Whether you are part of the problem, OR you are part of the solution.”
The choice is always yours, as well as the responsability of being truthful to your
choices.

My Terms of Value Exchange

Trying to define terms like „Hapiness”, „Wealth”, „Riches”, „Assets”, „Value”, „Beauty”,
„Fortune” for a general purpose use, lead to an endless debate. This is a waste of Time. Trying
to convince anyone that what I belive or YOU belive is Value, is also a waste of Time. As you
see, in this short piece of text, I already used twice the name of the most important
currency: THE TIME.
However, trying to define TIME, leads to a similar endless debate. All I can say is, we
both know when we feel good, happy, content or so. It is useless and counter-productive to try
to convince each other what we mean when we speak about all these feelings. It is better to
FEEL THEM AND WORK FEELING THEM. That is why I suggest you offer me for Value, what
makes you most happy to do in life. I will also do the same. Since we have different oppinions
on the terms and — after all — what matters the most is, if we can help each other, I guess
we can agree that, IF I fail to offer you something that YOU accept as Value, we can still be
friends. Because this is another way of exchanging Energy. It is the same for everyone.
Mutual friendship means that I can spread the word about you and you can spread the word
about me. This is the least we can do for each other, if you read so far. Because reading until
here, from my perspective, means you agree with me up to a certain point, and this means
something! That means at least that we can help each other, on a fair-square deal basis.
And now, since general outline has been established, let's see some variations on how
we can exchange value respecting the already presented principles and statements.
Since the world today got used to use money to express a certain amount of Value, in
the table below, there is how I see my Time, expressed in terms of money, at the time of
writing this eBook. And bear in mind, you pay me per hour of my Time:

Refunding Policy

Refunding, is out of question! As long as you are unable to refund me the TIME I
spent working for, and with YOU.
However, if I find out that what I have done for you IS BELOW MY STANDARDS, then
you will see a full refund.
Accept it, along with my apologies.
Avoid questioning me. I will ignore any such questioning. This is who I am and what I
am.
On the other hand, IF you think you can find a way to refund MY TIME, I will be glad
to fully refund your money, in exchange of my time!
Sounds weird? Well, my suggestion is:
Think Different! ;)

Payments
This is pretty simple!
Step One: You transfer me in my PayPal account [sserbanro at gmail.com] the amount
of money represented by the rounded up half of the entire order. That might be somewhere up
to 51% of the order.
Before doing so, I urge you to avoid the temptation to fully pay me in advance, just to
force my hand. All you will get will be a lost investment since I like to be free. I have well, over
16 (sixteen) years of freelancing so FREEDOM worths to me more than your money. IF you can
understand this, than it's OK. Otherwise, hire someone else. I am too busy for that kind of
business.
Step Two: I deliver you the Values you ordered and,
Step Three: You transfer the rest of money in my PayPal account.
Step Four: I watch 60 days to see how my work looks and works. If I think something
is wrong with it, I will sent you a message, explain what I think and ask for your feed-back and
